Chapter 5: A New Friend

Me: so obviously this is about a new friend right? Well the puzzleshipping will be higher in this chapter because I can. I'm also sick and writing with a fever so if it turns out sappy that's why. Okay? I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh- Kazuki Takahashi does- but I do own this story.

Location: Yugi and Ryou's dorm room

Ryou and I were getting our lunches and stuff ready for school. Today I go on the field trip with my Yami and class to the museum in Domino City. I decided to make bentos for us so we don't have to waste money on food. Yami was rather excited that I was making lunch so I'm gonna make it great!

I put on my favorite casual outfit of: dark, dark purple leather pants; a tight black tank-top; dark blue double studded belts; chain on my hip; black belt choker; leather studded wristbands and fingerless purple gloves. I put on my most comfortable leather shoes and a purple vest to top it off. I ran to my boyfriend who was waiting for me as I had my backpack on with the lunches.

My heart leapt from my chest at the sight of Yami. He wore a black shirt with a deep blue vest; a black belt choker; black leather biker boots; tight deep blue leather pants; double studded red belts; studded leather bracelets; one deep red fingerless glove and silver-gold rocker earrings. So hot...

He walked over and smiled at me, "you look good in leather." He said with a wink and I blush as he took my hand and we got in the extremely fancy "bus" to the museum.

~Time Skip to Museum by: Pegasus, "oh~ you're absolutely fabulous!" ~

Yami and I walked inside and gaped at all the artifacts shown since we're nerds. We split from the group as we were told to find information for our projects. He and I found an entire section of our topic and took notes and asked to take pictures. A nice Egyptian lady wearing a simple dress and gold in her hair who was in charge of the exhibit said we could. Apparently her name was Ishizu Ishtar- Marik's older sister to be precise. He tagged along with his boyfriend Malik who I swear are the definition of trouble together. Miss Ishizu was really nice and told us about the different artifacts and things making everything much clearer.

What really caught my and Yami's eye was a pair of identical puzzles on simple leather necklaces. Miss Ishizu called them the Millennium puzzles (yes- this is AU and I'm making two- deal with it =3= back to story) we both felt a sort of- connection to them. She further explained that the pharaoh Atem and his private servant Heba each held one. Heba was actually the young pharaoh's lover and they were connected by a bond so powerful they could hear each other's thoughts and converse with it. It was a mind link and when Heba died of an illness Atem died shortly after from grief. That was how powerful it was- it connected them to the soul. It was sad but beautiful- my heart raced at the idea of me and Yami ever having such a bond.

After getting 5 pages- front to back of information Yami asked if there was anywhere I went for fun in town. My answer, "the library and the arcade of course." He smirked and told me to take him so of course we went to the arcade.

Time Skip to Arcade! XD

As soon as we hit the arcade our stomachs growled so we ate our lunches which he called better than any private chef's cooking. I had to blush once again and we then entered the arcade.

"Welcome to the arcade! I'll show you my favorite games okay?" I dragged Yami to the pinball machine and showed my high score of 25 million. He then told me that he'd beat it so of course I showed him how. What made me happy was that Yami got the same score as me! He's so perfect- I really love him so much.
