Chapter 9

"It was difficult times." She tells me.

"That was when your mum...?" I ask.

"Oh no." She shocks her head. "My mum died when I was 8."

"Oh." I simply said because I didn't know what I was supposed to say.

"It was difficult for so many things." She says. "I have three older brothers and since I was 8, it was me and them and my dad. I was the only girl in the house and it is difficult to grow up that way. I hit puberty and that was an enough confusing time if you add no woman to talk to around."

"Then my dad and my three brothers will not allow me around a guy. No matter who it was they will find a way to make him run away. So yeah, high school sucked. I even went with my brother Leo to prom. He came all the way from college to take me. It was awkward as fuck."

"That doesn't sound like the perfect prom." I say.

"Far from it." She sighed. "Anyways, when I thought I will be free at college things got a little out of hand. I was way too innocent for that scene. I was afraid of the people around me. There were parties, drugs and sex everywhere and I was just there scared."

"We all feel scare when we are in unknown situations." I said.

"Yeah I know." She nodded. "During my second year I found out I was the target of everyone. I was still a virgin and Zayn heard around Campus that guys were betting who was going to take it."

"Wow! Are you kidding me?" I ask in awe.

"I wish I wasn't." She said. "So I got teased a lot about it. It was awful. After a while I had enough and I asked Zayn if he could say we have fucked and he accepted. So finally it ended on my last year."

"That is awful." I say.

"It was but it is over. I'll thank Z forever." She said.

"I can't believe it. You shouldn't have lie about it, people should have respected your choices." I said.

"I agree but that is how it went" She sighed. "Let's talk about something else."

She stared at me waiting for me to say something. "What?"

"Tell me something about you. I rambled for hours and I am yet to know about you." She pointed out.

"What do you want to know?" I ask.

I hate to talk about my personal life. I never talk about it and only Niall and Louis know about it because I have met them for the longest.

"I don't know. Tell me about your experience at college." She suggested.

"It was sick." I grinned.

"Best years of your life?" She asks with a smirk.

"Definitely." I smiled widely. "I studied a lot of course but that was the worst part of the whole experience really. I met Niall at business school and we started to think about creating our own business and we finally did as you can see."

"But apart from that, college was eventful. A lot of parties, I got way to drunk nearly every weekend, girls...it was fun." I explained.

"So you were the typical frat boy in college?" She asks.

"I was yeah." I said. "God we have so many memories! Niall and I kissed a few times on dares, oh god." I buried my face on my hands in between laughs at the memories.

"Aha! So you are into guys?" She asks with a smirk.

"Oh god! No way. I like my women way too much." I grin.
