Coffee & Smoke has received so much appreciation this past month, I'm speechless.
I'm changing the name of this story to "TOUCH & GO" for the reasons that follow:
1. My stories are blindly written, meaning the direction they're headed in isn't decided from the very start. Initially, it was supposed to revolve around addictions of caffeine and cigarettes, but as I wrote on, I saw something in the characters other than that.
2. Some of the characters have been (intentionally)based off on real people I've known, and I plan to change their background stories a bit. For my feelings for them are subject to change and I do not want them to interfere with how I feel about the characters. It is imperative I distinguish between the two.
3. It's about the lives of two young people who hold onto each other in a world that believes in touch-and-go. People come into your lives when you don't see them coming and leave when you least expect it. This story is all about that.
Thank you so much for appreciating and loving the story of Theodore and Iris.
Much love, Sirrah.
