Chapter 23

Meek POV

I can't believe what I just seen back there. I can't believe she'd actually go and fuck ha ex after her ex cheated on her ass TWICE. I swear I'm done with her. I don't want nothing to do with her. I looked down at my phone ignoring her call from the 10th time. I went to her name blocking her number throwing my phone down laying back. I had to get my head straight before I ever speak to her again.

1 week later......

I was sitting in third block when Mr. Sparks called the roll. "Onika Maraj" he says looking around but she wasn't here. She hasn't been in school for a week now. Few minutes later the door opened as she came in with shades on. "Ohh look who decided to finally show up to class" he says as she walked over siting down in her desk beside me. I instantly smelled weed as she sat down.

"Shades off when you come inside the building miss Nicki" he says as she smacked her teeth ignoring him. "I'm not gone ask you again Nicki" he says sternly as she removed her shades exposing her red glossy eyes. I know she was high as fuck cuz she was mad chill and had a bag full of snacks. Once class was over everyone left out going to their next block. I stayed back watching her pack her things. I wanted to stop her but I couldn't bring myself to do it. She walked out without making any eye contact as I soon left out too. The day went by as lunch soon approached. I walked in sitting down at the table with my boys. "Maaaaan wassup meek" Omelly says dapping me up. "None much just chillin laying low" I respond back looking over at Nicki's table but didn't see her. "You miss her don't you bull" tak says as I turned my attention back to them. "Man ain no body stun that girl" I say fanning him off.

I'm not even gone lie tho. I do miss her, miss her ass like crazy but I was not about to let her play me like a bitch. "Man set your pride aside and talk to her. You ain even give her a chance to explain." Coon says as I sat back rubbing my waves. "What's there to explain. Everything unfolded right in front of my eyes." I say as chino spoke up. "Yo all we saying is hear her out first then see where it goes from there. If anything you're running from the situation. I'm pretty sure she's been blowing up your phone but yo ass prolly got her blocked" he says as I just sat there going in to deep thought. "Christmas break next week. I say go get ya girl back young bull" Omelly says as the bell rung dismissing us. You know what maybe my boys are right. I'll talk to her next week on break.

1 week later..... 3 days til Christmas

I was downstairs helping my mom and sister decorate the Christmas tree. "So son where's that beautiful girlfriend of yours" my mom says as Na chimed in "yea I would like to meet her now that I'm home" she says as I continued decorating the tree. "Well she's visiting her family on Christmas sooo I don't know" I say lying. I didn't want to tell them what's really going on between us because it's none of their business. I just might pay her a visit to hear her out now since I ain got nothing else to do. "Yo I'll be back I got to head to the store real quick, y'all need anything?" I asked grabbing my coat and beanie as they told me no. "Alright I'll be back" I say leaving out shutting the door.

Nicki POV

I was in my living room decorating my tree. My house was really in a Christmas spirit. I then turned the lights off turning the Christmas tree lights on as my scented candles lit up the room. I then lit my blunt I had behind my ear laying back relaxing to the Christmas music I had playing in the background. Moments later there was a knock at the door. I wasn't expecting anyone so I wonder who could that be.

I opened the door seeing meek. Before I could say anything he pulled me outside attacking my lips. It was cold as fuck out here but I didn't care, I missed him. Tears fell as we kissed for what seemed like forever til I broke it. "Mmmmm *pecks his lips* it's c-cold out h-here m-meek." I say as we walked inside. He went to sit down as I locked the door behind me. "Look if you're coming over to be mean and rude then you can leave now" I say as he motioned for me to come here. I walked over sitting down as he pulled me closer to him. "Look I just want the god honest truth. What happened" he asked as I prepared myself to tell him what happened. After I told him he was quiet for a while before speaking. "So basically she raped you. Where were your friends at during this? Why they let you leave" he asked calmly.

"I honestly don't know meek. I didn't even know she was going to be there. My mind was pretty much gone after my 5th drink. I'm sorry for everything. I'm sorry for going to the party without telling you I was going to the party. I'm sorry for not...." I say as he cut me off as tears streamed down my face. "No I'm sorry for assuming baby. I'm sorry for the way I reacted. I felt embarrassed and stupid. I didn't mean to yell and run away with out hearing you out. Please forgive me baby" he says as he wiped my tears away with the back of his hands. "Can I have my ring back" I asked as he reached in his pocket taking it out. "Of course baby girl" he says placing the ring on my finger.

"So you've been smoking lately" he ask preferring to me smoking the blunt I had earlier before he got here. "Yeaaaaa. Had to relax somehow right? Like I'd stress myself everyday about the situation so getting high frees my mind from things." I say sitting up facing him. "Damn we both fucked up but I'm happy we sat down and talked" he says combing thru my hair. "Me too baby. I thought you hated me because you never answered my calls nor text messages." I say laying my head on his chest.

"Nah baby. I could never hate you, you my baby, and my shorty" he says causing me to roll my eyes giggling. "I'm so glad you're here tho. I missed you soooooo much daddy" I say seductively as he looked down at me smirking. "Oh really? Show daddy how much you missed him then" he says deeply as my panties became moist. "SIKE nah you got to earn this. You just can't get da cookie after the way you reacted and treated me playboy" I say laughing getting up going into the kitchen. "Man baby you tripping" he yells out as I shook my head smiling
