I knew that I needed to talk to both Bailey and Lauren but I really didn't feel like explaining twice, so I decided to call and invite Bailey over. It didn't take much to convince her to come over once she heard me sniffling and slightly crying; she pretty much insisted.

So here I am sitting in my bedroom sobbing in my 2 best friend's arms. They haven't pressured me to say anything yet; they know I will tell them when I ready. I don't know why I am so upset... Maybe, that fact that there is a strong possibility that Wesley sleeps around with girls and doesn't have any real feelings for me really hurt me. I don't know why though. Or maybe, it's because I just saw my dad's heart shatter. Either way I feel like complete shit.

After what seemed like hours of crying I was running out of tears and my sobs started to seize. Bailey was the first one to get enough courage to ask me what happened.

"Sum... I've never seen you this shaken up. Do you think you can tell us what happened?" Her voice was quiet and caring, but also with a sight sniffle because she still has a slight cold.

"Lauren knows quite a bit. Involuntarily..." I was referring to the screaming match with my dad. I lifted my head to look both the girls in the eye. We are sitting on my bed me sitting with my back leaning on the headboard with my knees pulled up to my chest, while the girls are sitting in front on me.

Lauren knew what I meant and just nodded her head. I didn't feel like straight out saying what happened, so I decided to start with a pretty vague question.

"If someone says to you, 'I assume you are not one of his regular things.' what do you think they mean?"

It turns out my question wasn't as vague as I intended it to be because Lauren caught on to exactly what I was saying and enveloped me in a hug.

"Oh Summer! Is this about the guy you stayed the night with? You like him don't you? I'm sure his friends didn't meant it."

"Wait. What guy? Summer you didn't tell me about a guy. What guy?!" Bailey was so confused. I ignored her for the moment; I would get back to her questions later.

"It wasn't his friends... it was his brother."

"Can someone please give me some more info on this guy?!" Bailey was getting impatient and frustrated. What's new? She's always impatient.

"Summer ran into this guy while she was on her skateboard, and they swapped numbers. She then met the same guy at the concert and they hung out together. She then went over to his house, then left, but then when back again after this creepy guy in the park freaked her out and then she spent the night. The guy's brother obviously had a chat with her about Wes' 'usual' female activities, and then her dad screamed at her when she came home because she was out all night." Wow. Lauren can always sum up a situation. Wait... How did she know some of that? Cause I know I didn't scream it at my dad.... Oh! Right! Ha ha! I forgot. I called her before I went to sleep at Wes'. Silly me.

"Wow. Where have I been? I really shouldn't get sick. I miss out on so much." Bailey sat there almost stunned but soon snapped out of it and turned her attention back to me. "So this Wes guy. Is he cute? Is he nice? How old is his brother? Are there any friends of his that I should meet?" She asked the last part while waggling her eyebrows.

"Don't do that. That is really unattractive." She frowned at me, which made me laugh. "Anyway, to answer your questions: Yes. Extremely. Not sure maybe 16 or 17, and I only know one of his friends Drew, and I guess I could hook you two up. That is, if I even talk to Wes or Drew..."

"You have to talk to him!" Bailey voice sounded really desperate. She realised this once she said it and her cheeks went bright red. She soon recovered though. "I mean, come on Summer. I've known you for at least 5 years, and I don't think you have ever had a boyfriend. If this guy is nice to you and you like him, you should jump at the chance and claim him."
