"Are you comfortable?"

"Yes Wes, I'm fine." I replied almost annoyed. 'Nurse Wesley' has been hovering around me all day and making sure I'm okay. I know I said I wanted to someone to be with me and help me, but this is smothering me...

"Are you sure? Cause I can get more food or more pillows, or--"

"Wes I'm fine! Leave me alone!" Great, first bitchy mood swing for the day.

"Oh. Okay." Wes slightly lowers his head and backs away to sit on the other couch, as far away from me as possible. Shit. This is one of the reasons why I didn't want him to come over; I knew I would end up saying something I regret.

"Oh, Wes... I'm sorry. I'm just in pain and crazy mood swings. Please don't be sad. I didn't mean it." I gave him the most apologetic look I could so he would know I was sincere.

Wes just nods his head and continues to look at the ground, looking a bit forlorn.

"Wes?"

He raises his head to look at me; I can really see the hurt in his eyes.

"I still need someone to snuggle with me." I gave a smile and extended my arms out. Wes returns a cheeky smile of his own and runs like a child over to the couch I was lying on.

He lifts me up, settles himself on the couch and then put me on top of him so that my head was on his chest. So we are lying here while he gently strokes my back and we watch 'The Notebook', (WESLEY'S CHOICE. NOT MINE.) when my eyes start to close and I find myself drifting off.

Grr, stupid bed won't stop moving. Maybe if I give it a smack it will stop.

"Ow!"

My bed isn't supposed to say anything... Now that I think about it, it shouldn't move either...

I pried my eyes open only to see two beautiful brown orbs looking at me; they belong to the one and only Wesley Stromberg.

"Hello." I say quite confused, and my eyebrows furrow together.

"Hello. Sleep well?" He lets out a small, amused chuckle.

"Yes. Yes I did, thank you." I gave him a little kiss on the nose.

"If you slept so well, then why did you hit me?"

I can't control my laughter. "I thought you were my bed so to get my bed, aka you, to stop moving I decided to give it a smack."

"Well, I'm sorry but I need to pee; so I was trying to get up without waking you up, but it didn't work out so well."

"Ha Ha! Alright, go pee." I giggled and got up.

Only really short chapter, just so you have something to read :) Please don't hate me :) I'm trying to write, I really am. I've had a bit of a writers block and no time to write, so yeah.. Please give me some ideas guys! I have no idea what to write! I NEED HELP! Okay thank you :) Also the picture on the side is what Summer and Wes look like lying on the couch.

Hey guys, I've added on this bit to make the rest of the chapter, rather than making a separate part 2. Sorry if there are any mistakes, it's really late, and I'm tired. Enjoy :)

"Wes!" I shrieked. "Stop! It's cold!" I can't help but smile.

Wes and I decided to make a fruit platter for lunch, and as we were washing the fruit, we some how ended up in a water fight.

"I know it's cold! You splashed me before!"

"Stop! Stop! Okay, I'm sorry!" Finally Wes stopped splashing me and gave me a proud grin. I just rolled my eyes and turned on my heels.

"I'm going to get changed since you drenched me from head to toe." I gave him a playful glare over my shoulder and sauntered upstairs.

Wes' POV

I went over to the couch and flopped myself down and began contemplating how Summer can look so good when in sweat pants and what looks like her dad's shirt.

*buzz buzz*

Oh, Summer's phone is ringing. I wonder if I should answer it? Nah, that would be weird. She'll just call them back when she comes down.

I check the caller ID to see whom it is though, because I'm curious. Noah? Who the fuck is Noah? Why is he calling Summer? Could just be a friend I guess, but she's never mentioned him before... I've heard about everyone else though. I'll just ask her when she comes back down. Speak of the devil...

Summer descended down the stairs with all the grace in the world, and sat next to me on the couch.

"Oh, you missed a call while you were upstairs, by the way." I told her nonchalantly.

"Oh crap, it was probably Lauren! I forgot to call her when I woke up."

"No, it wasn't Lauren. It was someone called Noah; why, what's wrong with Lauren?" Why would she be worried about Lauren? Isn't Lauren here?

"UGH! Noah?! That idiot. I told him not to call me." Summer looked very frustrated as her eyes turned to daggers and she looked like she was trying to burn a hole in the carpet with her vision.

"Uh, I think I'm going to need a little more information before I'm able to follow..." I told her very wearily, I don't know what she is going to do, I've never seen her like this.

Summer let out a tired sigh and looked at me with eyes that were very worn out and needed a good rest. "Noah is this guy--"

"Woah, I've heard enough, I'm gonna go smash his face in right now." I interrupted with a small smile, I was only joking of course.

Summer gave me a cheeky smile back and playfully hit me in the chest, I faked that it actually hurt.

"As I was saying, Noah is this guy I used to date..."

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Woah. Talk about a dick.

"How dare he?" I could not believe me own ears. How could people like that even walk the earth? And then have the nerve to call and except her to just come straight back...

"I know... But I guess you could say it was my fault." Wait what? "I should've known that someone like that wouldn't be satisfied with just a girl like me. I broke my own heart, I got myself into this mess."

I just wrapped Summer in my arms and held her close, there is no way that this is her fault, she should not be blaming herself. "Baby, no. This is not your fault in anyway, you just went with your heart, and sometimes it makes mistakes, and that's okay." I rock her back and forth slowly, to help comfort her.

"I guess your right, but I still feel stupid though; I should've listened to all my friends when I first started dating Noah. I just kept giving him the benefit of the doubt..."

"Oh, hush. You can't learn and move on in life unless you make mistakes." Summer didn't respond, probably just letting what I said, sink in. "Let's get off this topic," I said hastily, "what is your political view on bananas?"

I heard Summer give a small giggle, the kind of giggle that could end all world wars.

"I think that they should run for President. They are very nutritious, and will befit this nation greatly."

"Wow, you've actually thought about that haven't you?" I questioned her.

"Of course! You haven't?" She replied back jokingly, whilst peering up at me.

"Ha ha! Not really, no." I say with a smile.

"Let's go somewhere." Summer states randomly, after a few minutes of blissful silence.

"Alright, where do you want to go?"

"I don't know, let's just drive and see where we end up."

I contemplate it for a while, "Alright. Let's go."
