After Nanami let Kakashi have his moment and he had calmed down she gently dried of his remaining tears with a closed eye smile.

"You should probably eat now. I'll leave if you wish to eat without me seeing your face."

Not waiting for an answer she paid for her meal and made her way out of the ramen shop only to stop at her name being called.

"Nanami, your change."

"Keep it, you'll find better use to it than I."

"But... I can't it's too much."

"Please Teiuchi, it's the least I can do to thank you for all the wonderful meals you prepare for me."

"Thank you."

"No need to."

With a closed eye smile she exited and made her way to the tower.

The wind blew through her long raven hair as it took a few leaves with it. The Sun's rays gently kissed at her tan skin giving her a warm feeling.

With a smile gracing her lips she slowly walked through the village taking in every detail, truly admiring it's beauty. The beauty she had chosen to replace with the plain walnut walls of indoors.

Only admiring the beauty the outside held through a dirty window. Not allowing herself the full outdoors experience.

With her previous smile replaced with a barely noticeable frown she made her way up the stairs to see her father.

As she walked in she went over to his desk and opened a drawer to retrieve the book she had recently purchased.

Without saying a word to The Hokage she sat in a couch nearby and got lost in the book and it's descriptions on people.

The book didn't focus on the human anatomy, but rather the way humans act. The feelings humans have experienced and have yet to.

She has yet to prove the books accuracy. Not to correct it, but to witness it's content.

Nanami is smart enough to know that staring at a person for more than a few seconds makes them uncomfortable, and they have every right to feel so.

She's practically planning how exactly she is going to analyze someone without making them uncomfortable.
Soon enough the book's words are a blur as she's in deep thought about her options. Contemplating every one of them and pulling out a list of pros and cons.

Her thoughts were unfortunately interrupted by a voice that had seemingly been calling out to her for a while.

"Huh? Sorry didn't hear ya, what was that?"

"I've been calling you for a while now. I asked, what are you reading there? You seem very interested."

"Ohh sorry dad." She responded while rubbing the back of her neck sheepishly.

"It's just a book I purchased a few days ago. I believe it will help to greatly improve my analytical skills. At least that's what I hope."

"Why is it you wish to improve your analytical skills?"

"I don't just wish to, I am determined to. I realize that a skill like this could be of great benefit when in combat. If I can learn to analyze a person's fighting techniques I can have the upper hand in battle. I can have the opportunity to a safer outcome on my part. Not only do I want to learn to counter a person's attacks but to read them as well. To determine their strength through something as simple as their stance."

"Hmm, you seem very... What's the word? Ahh yes...passionate. You seem very passionate about this. The way you speak of it and the spark that forms in your eyes at the mention of it."

"Indeed I am. Although I'm in conflict about testing it. I don't know where to start or how to try it. I mean I practically have the instructions here." She said while shaking her book a bit.

"I just believe it would be very weird if I just stared at someone. They wouldn't understand what I wish to accomplish by doing so. They'd get the wrong idea."

The Hokage replied with a laugh before properly answering after catching his breath.

"Yes, you are indeed correct they will get the wrong idea if you are caught in the act. Sometimes you have missions like this, well not fully like it but anyways, sometimes you have a target to spy on and getting caught could lead to death. This will help you experience the risk of a spying mission. So really all you must do is keep a low profile, hide your chakra to an extent where it's as if you aren't even there, and just avoid coming into contact with the 'enemy' at all costs."

"You make it sound simple." She replied adding an annoyed huff.

"It actually is simple. Just choose who you will analyze and do as I told you."
"If I had bothered to practice ninjutsu I could've already created a jutsu to help me with this. Too bad I don't have a dōjutsu. That would be very helpful."

"Ninjutsu and dōjutsu don't necessarily make an exceptional ninja. What makes an exceptional ninja is their efforts. Their will to become one. Their desire to surpass every 'limit'. To show everyone just how important everything else is. How not everything revolves around chakra."

"Your words are always inspiring, Father. Thank you for making me realize this."

The Hokage simply smiled at Nanami as he saw her think deeply about her procedures.

"I guess I will simply watch from above, through the dark, and any place they won't expect."

There was a short moment of silence before Nanami spoke up again.

"Goodness I sound like a creep."

The Hokage simply nodded in agreement as he laughed along with Nanami.
