Chapter 12 Home Alone With Subaru

I go downstairs to prepare breakfast for everyone. But it was unusually quiet today. Not a single sound like the house died. Until.
"Hay." Said Subaru "everyone is gone today so it's just me and you all day."
I nod okay. "I'll make breakfast for me and you then." I write and smile. So me and Subaru alone maybe he won't try anything. Oh, who am I kidding were alone and like the others he confessed too that he loved me!
"So do you want some help with cooking breakfast?" He asks politely and blushed a little.
I smile happily at him "okay if you want!" I write
He looks at me with big eyes and blushes bright red. "How cute." He mumbles under his breath.
I look at him questioningly "what?" I write.
"N-nothing!" He says "come, let's start breakfast!"
I swore I heard him say I was cute, maybe it was my imagination. We cook side by side somethings Subaru cant do so I help him out. I have to admit its kinda charming how he tries to cook, he is so nice to me and kind-hearted. I look at him, he looks at the same time our eyes meet I blush so does he. I turn away but he doesn't. Why am I thinking about this! I feel his eyes still on me.
"Hailee.." says Subaru "are you-" he never finished his sentence.
We sit down and eat.
"What do you want to do today? I mean if everyone else is out why don't we go out and have our own fun!" He says happily.
I nod yes, it could be fun! I mean its better than being inside all day. We decided to go to the movies together. Subaru wanted to watch a scary movie I agree. It was amazing! It was fun! After we go to the art museum and look at all the amazing pieces they have on display.
"This is so cool!" He says excitingly "we should go to the beach after!"
I nod yes, and smile happily. This is some much fun! And to think I was going to hideaway another day! Thanks, Subaru! I think to myself looking at him. We head to the beach when we arrived the sun was setting, so we walked along the shore side by side.
"Hailee I had fun today." He smiles. We meet eyes I blush and look down.
"Thanks for today Subaru." I write still looking down I hand it to him. I look up really quick and he was looking at me still his face red like mine, I look back to the ground.
"Hailee..." he lifts my chin up until our eyes meet. We stare at each other for a minute, until he pulls my face to his so our lips meet. How nice and romantic. What! Why am I thinking about this! How embarrassing! I stand there not knowing what to do. Our lips part, we look into each other's eyes, he blushes like me and he smiles. Subaru gently runs his thumb over my lips. I turned around in embarrassment. He pulls me back and hugs me from behind.
"Hail, I love you, I want to be the only man reflected in your eyes, I love you more than anyone else." He says with a husky voice.
I look him in the eyes not knowing what to say. He says all that with such confidences yet his face shows embarrassment. How charming. Oh, what am I thinking and at a time like this! After we walk home neither of us says a word.
"Whys your face red Hail?" Asked Tyree.
"More importantly where were you two all day?" Asked Yukio impatiently.
"We when out to see a movie, the art museum, and the beach, because you all left, so we went out to have our own fun." Says Subaru.
I nod yes, and turned red thinking about what had happened at the beach.
"Hailee is turning red again!" Says Ash mockingly.
I tried to hide my face. They laugh.
"Cute!" Says Tyree.
"Yes very much so!" Says Apollo.
After all the teasing we all say our good night's. I fall asleep thinking about this day HOME ALONE WITH SUBARU.......
