Hey it's me again. Let's just get on with this, shall we?

Just because someone is happy and preppy doesn't mean they can't be broken. Just because their wrists are clean doesn't mean they don't self-harm. Just because they're laughing constantly doesn't mean they don't cry constantly.

You can't judge people on how hey seem. You need to know who they really are. You can't be rude to anyone, no matter how they take it, because you don't know how much it affected them.

People that are "sad" wear masks. They wear their happy mask most of the time. And when they're alone, they take off the mask to reveal the hurting, broken, soul within. I once heard a quote, "The funniest comedians usually have the largest battles within themselves". That made me realize that anyone can be fighting this curse. 1 in 8 teenagers get diagnosed with clinical depression. That means that every eighth teenager you meet could possible have depression!

Growing on depression, is suicide. In the United States, for every 2 homicides there are 3 suicides. Untreated depression is the number one risk for suicide among youth in the U.S. Suicide is the third leading cause of death in 15 to 24 year olds and the fourth leading cause of death in 10 to 14 year olds.

80% of individuals with depression don't  receive treatment. And depression rates get larger by 20% each year. Approximately 121 million people all around the world suffer from some type of depression. So you're definitely not alone.
