Cry's P.O.V.

The next day our house is completely clean again, and Felix doesn't question it at all. So, today we decide to spend some hard earned money on stuff we don't actually need, in town.

"You did a great job at cleaning the couch by the way," He decides to share when we leave a small comic book store. "I really thought my butt was going to be soaked when I sat on it this morning." I laugh, before opening the doors into a huge gaming store.

Felix and I got here a lot, but the girl behind the counter seems to be new. She's staring at a game in her hand, and let's out a small sigh. Her (E/c) eyes leave the display and she looks at Felix and me.

"Oh hello, can I help you?" She asks, and immediately a smile forms on her face. She drops the game in her hand and I notice that it is a copy of Bioshock Infinite.

"Yeah, I was looking for a game." I answer, and she rolls her eyes.

"Then you're at the right adress." She says with a small smile.

She guides us through some games, and Felix gets excited about all of them. Eventually we pick out two; Outlast, and Dark Souls. She walks us back to the counter, and we pay.

"Have a nice day." She greets.

I check her name tag real quick, before replying. "You too, (Y/n)."

She gives me a small smile, before thanking me. She returns to the copy of Bioshock Infinite, and I can't help my next question. "In love already?"

She flushes a bit. "W-with what, if I may ask?" Felix is chuckling besides me, before he points at the game in her hands. She follows his finger and chuckles.

"Yeah, I really am. I always wanted to play it. I mean, I saw videos about it and such, but I never got the honour to play it myself." She says, before placing the copy on a shelf. "But this copy is not going to be mine anytime soon."

A small silence falls over us, before she once again looks at us with that small smile. "Once again, have a nice day, I hope you enjoy the games."

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

I watch the two guys leave. Costumers never really strike up a conversation here, and it was nice that these guys did. It made my third day at this shop a little better already. I can see the blonde one push the other when they're just out of the door, and I can't help but giggle.

I've always wanted a best friend, but I guess people always liked someone else better than me. That doesn't matter though, I know that one day I'll find that one special person who will be my best friend in the entire world.

Only a few hours later I'm done with my shift, and I'm walking back home. I tighten my jacket around me, it is colder than I expected.

It's slowly getting dark, and out of instinct I start walking a bit faster. I'm not afraid of the dark, not at all. I am afraid of the people and animals walking through it. I can't help but look around the entire time, which is weird, because I never feel this nervous at this hour.

And then I feel why my nervousness kicked in, and sharp object almost cutting blood on my back. "What's it that bag?" A voice asks me. I clutch my bag against my stomach a little more.

"N-nothing special. Just some water, gum and my working outfit." I reply quickly, I feel a hand sneak around my waist, trying to get the bag anyway. "Honestly, it's not worth anything."

Before I know it, I'm laying on the ground, watching a hooded man go through my belongings. He throws the bag on the ground after seeing that there really is nothing in my bag of much value.

"Empty your pockets, then." The knife is pointed my way again, and he towers over me. For a moment, I can't move. "I swear, bitch, if those pockets aren't empty in ten seconds, I'll make sure to dig this knife in it."

He takes another step forward, now locking my legs between his so I'm unable to flee. I start emptying my jacket pockets and a few dollar bills roll out. "I'm really not carrying any money." I exclaim, my voice desperate.

"You have wasted my time then." He says, before pulling me up by the jacket collar. "Let's have some fun anyway."

My legs are slightly dangling in the air, and a normal human wouldn't have been able to kick the guy against the head. But, this girl in flexible. With random new found courage, I lift my leg and my foot connects with the man's head.

He drops me, and I land on my back, losing all the air out of my lungs. He is quietly cursing under his breath, but I get up quickly and take on a (rather ridiculous looking)  fighting position.

"Really think you can fight me, you slut." He exclaims in a chuckle, only making me want to kick his ass more. Once again I lift my leg, ready to punch him again, but I lack the speed. He grabs my leg and pulls me closer to him.

"Gotcha already." I place the hand he's holding on his shoulder, and ready my fist, before ramming my fist against his jaw instead. He stumbles back, letting go off my leg.

My ankle hurts a bit, my knuckles are bruised, and my back feels like it's on fire, so I decide to snatch my bag from the ground and I start running. I run out of the alley and onto a large street. In only ten minutes I'm back at my house.

I get in and lock the door, before sitting down on the ground below, my back against the front door. I got mugged, and almost raped or at least touched in places a stranger shouldn't put his hands.

That's when I realise, this happens daily, to multiple people. Men and women get raped every single day on these streets, and a lot of them aren't able to fight back.

Those people need someone to fight for them.

As I get up, my legs are still shaking slightly. My first instinct was to freeze, and let it happen, but something inside me gathered the courage to fight back.

And that exact feeling, is what is going to make me the saviour of this city!

// Whoop whoop, a small meeting between you and Cry, and the definite decision to help the people. A lot of progress right here.

I can't promise a lot of action in the next chapter, but I'll try to squeeze something in there! Love you, xx LB
