Ten: A double date with only one couple

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

Chad still didn't agree with my decision to let Cry stay but he did promise me that he would work on the targets. I wasn't entirely sure what to do with Cry though. He wanted to fight by my side one day, but I wasn't sure if that would be a good idea. 

I decide to forget about it now, and focus on the fun stuff ahead of me. Felix and Ryan had invited me for lunch today, which was very kind of them. Chad felt kind of left out though, seeing as they did not invite him at all. 

He said he called Felix about it, and that he understood his reason now. It was because... Wait, now that I think about it, Chad never told me their reason at all. Now, it was too late to ask because he just dropped me off at a small restaurant on the corner of an unfamiliar street. 

I walk in and am immediately spotted by Felix, who decides to run towards me and take me to the table that Ryan is sitting at. "Hey guys." I greet before sitting down next to Ryan. 

"Hey (Y/n), nice that you could make it." Felix says. He is rubbing his hands together in some sort of excitement and keeps glancing at the door every few seconds. 

"He is still waiting on that Italian girl, Marzia. She is spending her last two days here and Felix wants to spend as much time with her as possible." Ryan explains to me. 

"Have you asked her to be your girlfriend yet?" I ask the Swede and he nods, a huge smile on his face, which tells me that she most definitely said yes. "Congratulations!" 

Just as I congratulate him, the door opens and Marzia walks in. I must say, she is pretty beautiful. Her hands are intertwined in front of her and she nervously fidgets with her fingers. When she sees Felix and us she waves a little and Felix runs up to her and kisses her cheek. 

"Cute." I exclaim, making Ryan chuckle besides me. He seems to be in a complete different place with his thoughts, but then again so was I, so I didn't bother him by asking about his state of mind. 

Felix walks up to us with Marzia's hand in his, smiling a proud smile. "Guys, I want you to meet Marzia, my girlfriend." Ryan and I both wave at her until Felix tells the girl our names. 

We order some food and drinks and start talking. At first, Marzia doesn't join in on our conversation a lot, only really saying something when it is really necessary but after a while she starts laughing with us and talking as loudly as we are. 

We have just gotten our dessert and Ryan and I bite in it simultaniously. "I absolutely love double dates." Marzia says now. "Seeing another couple completely in love just warms my heart." 

Ryan and I both swallow out piece of dessert wrong and start a long lasting coughing fit. Just as Ryan and I are about to tell Marzia that we're not a couple, Felix starts shaking his head, as if to tell us to not say anything. 

"I wasn't expecting that right now." I excuse after seeing Marzia's concerned face. Felix had put his hands together, almost begging me to play with this situation... So, I do. "But yes, I have the same thing. Nothing better than two couples sharing their thoughts." 

Felix smile as me, thanking me with a nod of his head. I grab Ryan's hand, that is laying on the table and smile fondly at him, he does the same back. 

"Okay, start explaining!" I order Felix. We are done with eating and Marzia has left. Ryan and I have taken Felix to the back of the restaurant where we are planning on hearing him out. 

"I kind of, maybe, a little bit told Marzia that you were a couple as well so she wouldn't feel too awkward." He answers. Ryan and I share a look, before sighing deeply. 

"Felix, come on man. That's a dick move." I tell him, and Ryan immediately agrees with me. My phone starts ringing and I see that it is Chad. "Excuse me a moment, Chad's calling." 

I walk a bit away from the two guys before picking up the phone. Chad immediately starts talking. "There has been a mugging just a few seconds ago near that one very cheap clothing store." 

"Can you come pick me up with the suit?" I ask quickly and he tells me he'll be here as soon as possible. I walk back to Felix and Ryan. "Hey guys, I really need to go. Chad's pretty sick and he needs some help with some stuff at home. He's coming to pick me up right now." 

"Oh, I could also bring you," Cry offers. "If Chad is too sick to do so."

"Oh no," I say a bit too quick. "It's fine, he's already on his way so-" I'm cut off by Chad honking at the end of the allyway we're in, so I quickly wave at the two boys and run to the car. I get in and immediately start putting on the suit. 

We reach the street where the mugging had been in under a minute and as we enter the street the man who did the crime runs past our car out of a small allyway. I open my door while Chad is still driving and I jump out, landing safely and running after the guy who holds two full bags of stolen wares in this arms. 

I hear Chad stopping the car with a screech and that is the moment I realise I forgot to bring my knives with me. I start running as fast as I can, hardly keeping up with the mugger. I decide to try something completely new, not knowing for sure if it would actually work. 

I let myself float above the ground only the slightest bit and to my surprise I do actually gain speed. I'm just about to grab the muggers collar when someone crashes into me from the right. 

I stumble over and the person and I roll over the hard pavement. When we come to a stop I see a mask I didn't want to see right now... Cry.
