Chapter : 8

Raven's POV:

When we got to the Grounders camp, two Grounders stopped us with there spears, "We are here to speak to the Commander." I said to them.

"Let them through", a Grounder women told the two Grounders. "Indra." Alec greeted.

"I do not speak to traitor's." She snapped at him, as she turned around and walked towards a huge tent, I assumed it was the commander's.

We followed her close behind, I squeezed Alec's hand tightly. As some of the Grounders gave us looks, some even tried to attack us. But indra stopped them, I assumed she was the commander's second in command.

When we got inside the tent, indra walked up to the commander. "These Sky people came to talk to you commander Asia." She told the commander. And walked to stand beside the commander's chair.

The commander, gestured for us to step forward, So we did.

I spoke first, "We're here to make a alliance, Sky people and Trikru people." I spoke with confidence.

Just as the commander was going to answer I heard Octavia "Lincoln." She said. And ran to a Grounder man, that walked into the tent, and wrapped her arms around him.

'Lincoln' took hold of Octavia's hand, as he bowed in respect to the commander. And took Octavia to one side of the tent speaking to her in a hushed voice.

The commander then started to speak, "I will only agree to this alliance, if you bring me the one they call Finn. Our alliance begins with his death." Commander Asia told us her voice rising slightly. She looked intimating with the war paint around her eyes, and the way she was sitting on her 'Throne' playing with a dagger.

"Blood must have blood." Indra said form where she was standing.

"We will have to speak with the rest of my people." I told her anger lased in my voice. I did not like this idea, they couldn't have Finn.

"You have two hours, ether you give us Finn or we attack." And with that commander Asia stood up and walked out of the tent, Indra following her.

"Come on, Raven." Alec took my hand and we walked out of the tent, Octavia following with Lincoln close behind.

The Grounders, started shouting things at us as we walked past them in Trigedasleng. "Kill em!" One Grounder spat at us.

"Yu will hogeda burn!" Another tried to attack us with his knife. Lincoln walked in front of us, Pushing some of the Grounders away form us.

When we got out of there camp, we walked in silence. I knew the only way to save Finn was to get him out of here...

When we got to the Ark camp, I shouted at the guards to open the gate. The gate started opening, Abby, Clarke and Bellamy were waiting for us.

"What happened?, what did she say? Do we have a alliance?" Abby questioned us.

"She said we can have a alliance if we give them Finn." I told them with a frown on my face.

"Ether she gets Finn or she attacks." Alec finished.

I looked and saw Finn standing behind Clarke, "But we won't give them Finn. We can't." Clarke argued.

"We need to get Finn out of here." I told them.

"The dropship." Bellamy replied.

We all noded at each other, the plan was that we would all sneak out, and go spreate ways to the dropship.

Octavia was speaking with Lincoln and Bellamy, Clarke was telling Finn the plan. Me and Alec were still holding hands.

"Do you think this will work?" I asked him well looking up at him. "Let's hope so." He looked down at me with a small smile.

Everyone came together, it was just me, Alec, Clarke and Bellamy. Octavia was staying behind. Just as we were going to go to the back of the Ark.

One of the people started shouting that we should give them Finn. It was chaos, Clarke kept shouting "No." And Abby was telling the guards to brake up the fight that was happening between the people.

Everyone was to busy arguing, Too notice us slip away. When everyone was at the back of the Ark. We all started for the dropship. Me and Alec went together. And Clarke went alone. Bellamy and Finn went together aswell.

We were running, so fast the trees were bleary. I could hear my heart pounding in my ears. I almost triped on my own two feet.

When we got to the dropship, we were the first there. I didn't look at the ground knowing that if I did all I would see was bones. The bones of my people and the bones of Alec's people. So I walked towards the dropship without looking at the ground. When we got inside I lened agentst the cold wall, catching my breath, I was panting slightly.

Alec was also panting, he had his hand on his knees and his chest was rising up and down at a rapid past.

Bellamy walked through the dropship door, with Finn right behind him carrying what looked like a unconscious Clarke.

"Move." He told us as he put Clarke down on the floor. "Someone get a cloth." He asked well checking to see how bad her wound was. I quickly went and found a cloth. I gave it to him, and he put it on her head wound.

Just then a horn sounded, "What was that?" I asked no one in particular.

"Grounders, outside." Bellamy said as he looked through the red flap that was hanging on the dropship door.

"Damn it, they must know Finn's here." I said through gritted teeth.

"We can hold down here, for the night." Bellamy said looking at us.

We all noded, a groen came from Clarke as she opened her eyes.

"How many are out there?" I asked Bellamy.

"3." Was all he said.

"Can we surprise attack them?" I looked at him and Alec.

"Good thinking." Clarke told me well she stood up, a moan leaving her lips as she did so.

"Finn take the back, the rest of us will that the front." We all noded at Bellamy. Clarke and Alec walked out the dropship with Bellamy in the lead.

I looked at Finn, and he came up to me hugging me. "Be careful, May we meet again." He whispered in my ear. I pulled back to look at him "We will meet again." I told him in a stren voice. Looking at him one more time before I walked out the dropship to where the other were.

We had been waiting to see if the Grounders would attack, But they just stood outside the gate of the camp.

"They must be waiting for night fall." Bellamy said.

Just then we heard composition outside the gate, I got up from my croching position. To see two Grounders talking to..Finn?

"Finn!" I shouted well trying to run to him, but strong arms were holding me back. I watched as the Grounders rode of with my best friend.

"No, Finn." Clarke shouted, she too tried to go after him but Bellamy held her back.

"We have to get him back." I cried.

"It's to late,  I'm sorry Raven." Alec said in a gental voice.

"No!" I screamed as I fall to my knees, crying.
