Their was awkward silence as the students stared at their future teachers with a pale face, still feeling the shivers in their spine. They quietly looked down on their hands, rubbing them together to feel a little warmer when Nono finally decided to break the silence.

"Well then, I think it's about time for your classes to begin?" the arcobalenos all nod.

"Yes, Nono-sama." they said and turned to the kids.

"We all specialize in different self defenses, though we know each one, so we will first test your aptitude towards our skills and place you into the class you fit in the most." Fon started speaking. "I will test you all first and my specialty is martial arts. So, change into comfortable clothes and meet me in the gym after ten minutes."

Everyone nod and rushed to their rooms to change, not wanting to anger another teacher. Because, from their experience in this vacation, they should not judge a book with its cover and that teachers are all scary. Heck, they even found Nezu scary because he suddenly became kind with no warning. Thus, they decided not to risk anything lest they pay it with their lives. Before eight minutes was up, the students all rushed to the gymnasium, all sweaty and panting like crazy as the distance from their rooms to their destination was roughly around five kilometers.

"Congratulations on arriving early." Fon said with a kind smile as the other arcobalenos sat on the side to watch. "Now, I will call your name one by one and you will battle me with any martial arts to see how good you are. First, Isao."

Isao nervously went to the front, glancing at Fon with a terrified face. After all, he might be smiling now but his face looked too similar to a demon prefect that had knocked him out for more than ten times.

"Let's begin in 3, 2, 1, start." Fon counted and, after hearing the word 'start', Isao recklessly attacked Fon with a front kick which wasn't even straight and far from the target's face. Fon didn't even move an inch as Isao fell on the floor stupidly, having no balance with only one leg down. Embarrassed, he immediately sat down on his seat, thankful that no one bullied or teased him about it. What he didn't know is that everyone was too nervous to even think of mocking him for his sorry display of attack as they themselves know nothing in martial arts except for a certain few.

"Next, Kendrick." Fon called out, causing the said person to stand up with a bored face. "Begin!"

Kendrick immediately ran up to Fon, punching him when the distance was right. Fon smiled at him, a bit thankful that this person had the correct distance to attack, only to frown when he tried to kick him which made him fall as he hadn't let his fist pull back.

"Nice try." Fon told him before calling the next person. "Hiro."

This went on and one until the last one finished. Fon nodded and smiled at the group again.

"I will now be mentioning those who is eligible to go to my class." he announced. "Hiro, Tsuna, Hideo, Rei, Sada, Reina, Kyoko, and Kyoya."

Tsuna nod, satisfied that his name was called and decided to flunk the other ones. He decided that he should focus on his weakness, which is martial arts, compared to his strong suits, like everything else the arcobalenos are going to teach (because of Reborn).

"The next class is ours, kora!" Colonello said after Fon finished his speech, an arm wrapped around Lal's shoulders. She rudely pushed it off before smirking at the students.

"Damn right." she said. "I'm going to test your shooting abilities while he will test your dodging skills. Now, follow me."

The two bought the students out of the gymnasium and into a fifteen minute walk to an empty field save for the guns stacked on the side of the entrance.

"Now, divide yourselves into twenty. The first group will grab the guns over there and shoot the second group who will run around trying to dodge the bullets. Each gun contains a different color so there is no need to worry about getting hurt or not being able to be recognized. After twenty minutes, you will switch." Lal explained before clapping her hands irritably. "Now, hurry up!"

"Yes!" the students answered while scrambling to pick their decisions until after three minutes where Lal got too annoyed and pushed the undecided ones to random groups for the sake of starting. When everything looked good, Lal shouted a loud "Start" and paints started to fly everywhere. When fifteen minutes were up, almost everyone (the Vongola group decided to stay low and only those who wanted to join the class can leave without paint) was covered with paint. Lal saw this and pitifully sighed, shaking her head in disbelief.

"You stupid bafoons!" she shouted in irritation. "Not only are most of you covered in paint from head to toe, but some of the shooters too!"

"B-but why should you care about that?" Takao asked in disbelief. "We were only tasked with shooting!"

Lal glared at him. "Do you think that saying that will change the fact that betrayals and backstabbing are present in the field? Do you think that your enemy will be like "Oh, you're a shooter too, let's be friends and not hit each other!" NO! That is a stupid idea that will get you killed the moment you think that!"

The students kept quiet, not wanting to anger the girl anymore.

"Now switch!" they obediently obeyed and the results soon got announced.

"It's finally my turn!" Skull yelled in pride. "I will test you peasants on how well can you survive after being hit by heavy objects and the like."

"Yare, yare, I will also be observing how well you can survive by using tricks." Mammon said with a bored look.

"And I will see if any of you stupid creatures got the brains to survive." Verde said before murmuring a small "Hopefully, my time will not be wasted."

They walked back to the gymnasium where they will conduct the last test. They arrived and were shocked to see obstacle courses before them which looked dangerous.

"Well, good luck!" Skull said with an evil smile before kicking all of them to the front. Fortunately, they were in a straight line so hitting them and making them move is simple. Throughout the test, curses and screams were heard everywhere.

"Congrats for making it this far." Verde said to everyone. "Looks like you all got some brains. Anyway, the ones who passed in my class are...."

The three announced their chosen students before Fon spoke up again.

"If you're name was repeated, you have the choice in which class to choose. If only once, then you are stuck there. We will now meet you all in your class which is pasted on this paper in twenty minutes." Fon pasted the paper regarding which classroom each class will used on the wall before disappearing with the others, leaving the students alone.
