Gio's pov:
I stumbled back. Too in shock to utter a word or say anything. Everything seemed too surreal. Then it hit me. Diyah. That's who just got shot, Diyah.

The sound of her screaming and the bullets being fired was still ringing in my ears making the feeling into my stomach worse than ever bridge.

Before I knew it my gun was in my hand and the bullet had went off.

There was Jonathan with a bullet in the head and as much as killing him was suppose to make me happy, it didn't.

My blood boiled some more and I pulled the trigger once again and kept shooting over and over again until I was out of bullets. Even then I grabbed Leo's gun and began shooting once again with no remorse until my father intervened.

"Giovanni," he said firmly while stepping in between us.

I looked from him to the now unrecognizable Jonathan and shuttered before storming off out the door.

Once in my car I began slamming everything and took off speeding into a now busy road.

Honks came from every which way and that didn't bother to stop me or slow me down. I could see my father's car right behind mine and that only invoked me to drive faster.

I sped right into a red light and ignored all of the stop signs warning me to stop.

I could hear sirens from behind me and knew that that was the police on my trail.

The faster I drove the more the sirens went away. The sound of everything else was blocked off by her scream over and over again in my head.

I turned into the wrong lane. The last thing I remember seeing was a truck coming towards me before everything else went black.
