A day later I'm in Michael's class.
"We're gonna have an in class essay so I hope you all study hard for it..."
"Are you crazy!". Nathan yells out.
"We just finished a test and now this are you out of your mind!"
"Yes" Michael said while pushing up his glasses.
"I'm out of my mind but I'm also your teacher now start showing some respect or get out of my class" he said calmly. Nathan is left speechless and stays quite.
"Anyone else....and thanks to Nathan the essay will be happening this Friday" then the bell rings.
"That is all" Michael said. Everyone leaves from class and as I'm walking out I see a familiar face.
"Daniel?!" Whats he doing here?.
"Is Michael in there?" He said in a sour voice.
"Ah, yeah" Daniel then walks into the empty classroom. I then stand there with my ear on the door listening in on there conversation.
"Daniel this is a surprise"
"Save it" that harsh sound in Daniel's voice makes me jump I've never heard him like this.
"What's up with you?" Michael said with an even harsher tone.
"Stay away from my cousin" what, what is with Daniel saying that to him. Does he know, no of course not Maria promised and Maria never breaks a promise.
"Make me" Michael said. Suddenly I hear the sound of a fist connecting to skin and a loud thud after. I let out a gasp and Daniel walks out the class and turns and sees me scared out of my mind.
"Stay away from him" Daniel then leaves. Then I run into the class seeing Michael on the ground holding his cheek.
"Michael!" I yell running over to him I drop to the floor trying to hold him up.
"Guess you heard that little conversation" Michael tries to smile but it just pulls hard on my heart strings and it hurts.
