Chapter 50

The next day and I'm walking into Michael classroom and he's no where to be seen.

"Hey Nathan, have you seen Michael?"

"No I haven't" I start to get worried suddenly Nathan said something.

"Hey are you two dating?"

"! What?"

"It's just a few days ago when we met Derek he called you Michael's girlfriend, is that true?"

"What?! Of course not! Don't be stupid!" I say panicked just then another teacher walks in.

"Good morning I'm Mr. Johnson and I will be you sub for today..."

"Where is Mr. Lee?" I ask without thinking.

"Mr. Lee won't be here for today"

"Oh...okay" I say sitting back down in my seat. Where is he? This isn't like him. Later that day I'm pacing my room and calling Michael at the same time.

"Why won't he pick up! Michael..."

"Relax I'm sure he's fine" Jess said. Finally I get through.

"Michael!!!"

"Sorry to tell you but Michael is a bit beaten up at the moment" but it wasn't Michael it was someone else's voice and I know this voice. It was one of my dads goons named Johnny, wait BEATEN UP!!

"Johnny what did you do!?!?"

"Not me, I wouldn't hurt a fly, but your old man on the other hand"

"Michael! What have you-"

"I send you a pic, see ya later" he hangs up and I'm staring daggers at my phone to the picture. I finally get it it was Michael he had blood streaming down his face and blood dripping from his mouth, eyebrows, nose basically everywhere. He had blood covered all over his white shirt and I start to get teary eye's. He was tied to a chair and looked like he had stab wounds. I drop my phone and fall to the floor with rivers of tears falling from my eye's.

"Michael! Michael..." I sob. I bang my fist against the floor as I call his name and curse my fathers. Jess then picks up my phone and sees the picture.

"Oh my..." Jess said covering her mouth with her hand. Jess then picks me up from the floor and holds me.

"It's ok, it's ok everything's fine....look" she said holding the phone with the picture again and I sob harder.

"Why are you showing me again!?" I shout.

"Wait! Read the bottom it has a location" when I realise that I snatch it from Jess's hands and read it.

"I'm gonna go now!" I say as I stand to my feet and rush out the door.

"Wait! Alyssa are you crazy! Alyssa!!!" Jess screams but I ignore it. I'm focus is on Michael and finding him.
