Later that day I'm pacing up and down my dorm room panicking.
"What do I do? What's gonna happen?" I say.
"Alyssa calm down, everything is gonna be alright" Jess said.
"Have you met my dad?!" I shout.
"Alyssa, Jess is right everything's gonna be fine, besides I'm here nothing will happen" I smile when Michael said that. Suddenly I hear a knock at the door. I open it.
"D-Derek?!" I say while Michael pulls me away quickly.
"What are you doing here?" Michael said harshly.
"Michael you look nice with glasses on" Derek said with a smirk but Michael glares at him with me still in his arms.
"How did you find this place?" Jess said crossed armed.
"Well you said you went to uni where Michael teaches so I looked up where he worked and got in because I told people I'm your boyfriend"
"Will you stop saying that!"
"W-why?" I say shyly and scared.
"I wanted to apologize for real this time Michael"
"Haven't you done enough! Just go, get out! Get out of my life Derek!" Michael shouted. Derek just looked down at the ground.
"I get it, I'll leave" Derek said as he leaves.
"D-Derek!" Jess shouted as she chased after him. Jess ran after him and caught up to him in the hallway.
"Jess, what are you?" Without thinking Jess hugs him.
"Ah, ah, Jess?"
"You looked like you needed a hug"
"....yeah I did"
