"Calum concentrate." "I can't! I'm hearing too many things!" He shouted. "I know. Just try to concentrate on my voice to control your supernatural hearing okay?" He lowered his head and looked at me, then slowly nodded. I knew I could help him control the rest of his supernatural powers by just covering his ears and mindlinking him everything he had to do, but he had to learn his hearing once too. "Calum, listen to me." "This isn't working I'm losing myself." He growled. He started turning, but before that could happen I turned and growled at him. "What the hell?" Ashton shouted from downstairs. "That was me! Nothing wrong!" I shouted. "KAY!" He shouted back.

I grabbed Calums shoulders and looked him in the eye, using my red glowing eyes to help him a little. "Calum, listen to me, you have to learn how to protect yourself. I am going to teach you right now. But all you do. DON'T LOSE CONTROL." "Got that." He said. I stood up and Calum did too, standing in front of me. "Don't hold back." I grinned. I looked at the clock. I have 1 and a half hour left til sun goes down, then I'll need to leave to the woods.

Calum had no idea what to do. "What if I coach you?" "Good plan." "Okay now step to the side and try to kick me in my head. I'll defend myself, showing you what you have to do when I'm going to try and kick you, kay?" He nodded and stepped to the side before he threw his leg towards my head. I grabbed his shoe, turned it around and now I was facing his back. "Then, you keep holding the leg, but you move towards the body, getting your arm around the neck and push the leg as far as possible towards the back. I'll show you, but not hurt you." I got his leg and pulled it. "You think you got it?" I asked letting go of him. "Yeah, sure. Lets try." He said. I nodded and kicked my feet towards him. He got my leg and got his arm around my neck. Surprisingly he wasn't losing control. Most newborns do when fighting or even when teasing eachother. "Goooood." I grinned.

"Again." I said, lauging at him. "Sure." I kicked again. He did the Same as before and again he got it perfectly right. "Damn. You're a fast student mate." "Thanks. I'm learning from the best." "Oh, believe me that's not true." I laughed as we went ahead with practice.

"Well done for today. Are you staying for the night or are you going home?" "I think I'll go home." He smiled. "If you lose control, just in case, jump out of the window and don't be affraid. Just run towards the woods." He nodded understanding and together we walked down.

"And if you need help tomorrow, just call me. I'll skip school and come to help." "Glad to know. But I don't have your number." "Oh yeah." I wrote it down and started panicking because I could turn at any moment. "Okay I gotta go now. You stay with Ashton here for a bit longer or just go home. Do whatever you want but I need to go now. ASHTON I'M LEAVING TAKE CARE OF CALUM PLEASE!!" I shouted. I ran away and tried to reach the woods before going out of control. But when I reached the woods I realized the sun did not go under completely YET. So I walked further into the woods. I stumbled over a rock and fell on the ground. I groaned and pushed myself up. My eyes saw a beautiful necklace and I picked it up. No one's here. There's no scent on it. I decided to keep it and put it around my neck before walking any further. I walked until my bones started breaking and I couldnt walk anymore.
