Reunited With A Surprise

God, she hated Star Killer Base. The hallways were so complex and it was hard to get around without running into stormtroopers or... Kylo Ren. Rey ran through the hallways of the First Order's Base trying to find Finn, Han, and Chewy.

She turned a few corners and looked around. So far, no sign of Finn, Han, or Chewy. Rey kept turning corners and wandering through the complex hallways of Star Killer Base.

After she turned more corners, she could hear footsteps come closer and what sounded like some wookie roars. She turned a corner and almost ran straight into Han, Finn, and Chewy.

"Woah, woah, Rey it's just us." Han said before joining Chewy to help with something.

"Are you okay? Did he hurt you?" Finn frantically asked her.

"Finn, I'm fine." Rey said smiling. She pulled Finn into a hug wrapping her arms around his neck. He put his arms around her waist.

"Don't worry, I'll be okay." Rey reassured him.

They pulled apart and gazed into each other's eyes. Finn looked at Rey's lips then back up to her eyes. Rey noticed his eyes look at her lips and immediately started blushing.

"Are you blushing?" He questioned in a whisper.

"Yeah, I am. Sorry." She said blushing harder.

"I think the way you blush is adorable." He said smiling making her blush and smile even more. He took a quick look at her lips again and made the first move. He pressed his lips to hers.

Rey was a little taken back by this but she kissed him back. She put her arms around his neck while he put his hands on her hips and pulled her closer.

After a few seconds of a somewhat heated kiss, they pulled apart and heard Chewy roar quietly. They looked towards Han and laughed. Han's eyes were as wide as a basketball and his mouth was hanging wide open like he had just seen a ghost.

"I never thought, in my entire life, I would ever see that happen." Han said surprisedly. "Chewy, I'm gonna need something to get that image out of my head." He added making Chewy roar in response.

"Well, it just happened." Finn said grabbing Rey's hand and pecking her lips.

"Okay, less romance, more escaping." Han said as he ran off with Chewy behind him.

Rey and Finn ran off in the other direction to help Han and Chewy with some things to help blow up this base.

Once they got the things done and were at the bottom of the ladder they had to climb, Finn grabbed Rey's hands and looked her in the eye.

"Rey, whatever happens between now and escaping, just know that I love you so much. You are the most beautiful woman I've ever laid eyes on. I will always be here with you and for you. I love you." He said stealing a kiss from her.

"I love you too." She said. "Now let's get Han and Chewy, blow this thing, and go home!" She said starting to climb the ladder with the love of her life right behind her.
