a/n: my traumutizing experience

hey!

okay, so as y'all know, my mental health dropped rapidly & i haven't been doing well at all...

so last night, i was talking with my best friend from youth group on snapchat & she was really worried about me.

I WAS HAVING SUICIDAL THOUGHTS AND I WANTED TO DOWNRIGHT FRICKING KILL MYSELF

ok, so she gave me our youth group leaders number so i could text her.

this was at like 11:45pm at the moment

so i texted her and she texted me back, asking questions about me

i honestly answered all of them. she was sooooo worried that she called the police since i had NO help at home & i wanted to kill myself and i was about to kill myself too

ok, so at 12:30 in THE FRICKING MORNING, the cops showed up and asked me questions about where i go to school (valley christian), if i have attempted to kill myself ever and when (yes; last summer), how long I've had depression (for 7 or 8 years), if I've ever gotten bullied and how long (yes; 5 years straight), what's causing me to have deep suicidal thoughts (school, my mental sickness, emotional pain, parents, very bad anxiety, more). they asked me more questions, but i can't remember all of them

they gave me the choice to either go to a hospital and see someone or go to this suicidal help place (the way they described it freaked me out)

i chose the hospital 😞

guess who went to sacred heart at 1:30 in the morning? THIS DEPRESSED CHICK

i get there (VERY SHAKEN UP AND TRAUMATIZED) and they ask me all these questions while putting info on this computer...

oml i was freaked out

so i get home hours later at 5:00 am...

i go to bed at 5:30 & wake up at 7:30.

I GOT TO GO TO SCHOOL AN HOUR LATE AND I MISSED FIRST PERIOD

it was a very traumatizing experience for me. if anyone is down & upset about something to do with being depressed, come to me cause I've experienced (and still experiencing) it for 7 or 8 years now.

don't text or call someone for help unless it's real😞 don't pull a prank like that on anybody cause it could freak someone out.
