His Hidden Wife

Chapter 9:

Alexandra's p.o.v:
I sat there thinking about what it is that Melissa had planned for her son and me. To be honest, I just wanted to get to know Raymond, the guy I would be marrying. I mean I know I shouldn't feel weird about the whole hidden wife thing; but did that mean that he'll show up to party's and events on his own or will he'll take me or maybe he'll go alone. I don't know what to think, I never been in love before, I never dated and had a boyfriend so I don't know what to expect. I mean I almost let him kiss me yesterday, did I he think I was too easy. I'm so confused with this whole thing.

Fifteen minutes later...

"Miss. Blu, we're here" said the driver. "Come inside Miss. Blu" the person said. I did as told and got off the car. I looked and saw a really pretty restaurant. I walked inside and was greeted by a young boy, he simply smiled at me and told me to follow him. I did and soon came to a private section that was hidden from everyone's view yet still looked pretty. Oh wow they really out did themselves, I always went for the
more simpler things. "Hello Alexandra" said Raymond getting up from his chair, he pulled my chair out for me. "Hi Raymond" I whispered. "I hope you like it here, Alexandra this is just one of the many places will be going to today" he told me. "Oh wow there's no need for that, this will do" I answered."I'm sorry to say but, my mom has our whole day planned" I said. "Oh I guess, I'm not used to this" I replied. "It's okay Alexandra, it's just something to get used to" he said. That kind of scared me, I didn't know if that's what I wanted, but I didn't have
a choice. "So Alexandra tell me about your self" Raymond asked. "Well I grew up an only child, I was never really good at making friends and I was made fun of a lot at school, because of my glasses, has time went on I just learned to stay to myself" I told him. "Your life seem so different from mine, not in a bad way but the fact that your life seem so much more clam, then having to run from all the people trying to figure out what's your next move" he said. I couldn't help but think polar opposites, how is this ever going to work, I know marrying him so going to bring so much on both of us, but I couldn't help but think what if things do work. Will that mean that I get the family I always wanted.But I couldn't help but wonder who was the girl before me that had his heart. "I agree with you Raymond, but that's the fun part of getting to know a person" I told him. "And I agree" he told me. After that we ordered our food and waited not talking just simply looked at each other.
