KATIE’S POV

Today is the day of Chelsea’s funeral; I really didn’t think this day would come so soon. I was expecting to be really old, or already dead. But instead I am 21 years old, preparing for my best friends funeral. She was planning on coming out to meet all my friends in California after she turned 21… I guess that’s not happening anymore. I still don’t understand why she did it… She didn’t seem depressed when we talked on Skype.

“Katie, are you ready to go sweetheart?” Joanne asked me. I’ve been sleeping in the living room on the couch for the past 5 days, since I could afford to stay in a hotel, and Jo was kind enough to let me stay with her.

“Um, yeah.” I grabbed my piece of paper and left. I was going to speak at her funeral. No matter how hard it will be, I will do it. I got into Joanne’s car and we drove off.

JOEY’S POV

Today is the day that I’m going to break up with Kylee, she’s a sweet person, it’s just that I don’t think were meant to be a couple, we’ll be better off as friends. It’s going to be really difficult to do this, but I need to. She is coming around later for lunch, I’ll tell her then. I feel really bad though.

MACIE’S POV

I really like Luke, like really like him. And I think that he likes me too. But I’m not sure if he does. I really hope that he does.

KATIE’S POV

It’s now my turn to speak. I quietly walk up, unfold my piece of paper, and start talking.

“Chelsea was a great friend. I could always trust her. She helped me when I was going through my own depression, and when I was thinking about suicide. I just wish that she told me about this so I could help her before the world lost a kind-hearted, caring, loving and beautiful person. She was always there for others when they needed her, she took time out of her day to talk or listen to you. It’s going to be hard living without her to help me through troubling times, but I know that heaven has gained a great soul. She was a great person, and will be a great angel.” I slowly walked back to my seat trying to hold back my tears.

JOEY’S POV

Kylee has arrived. We have been having a small conversation and now is the time .

“Kylee…”

“Yeah Joey, what is it?’ She asked.

“Well, your sweet, beautiful and bubbly person, but I feel like we are better off as friends…” I said. She looked relieved.

“Really, that’s exactly what I was going to say to you!’ she said.

“Friends?” I said, holing out my hand.

“Friends.” She agreed as she shook my hand.

Well that was easier than I thought it would be.

JIMMY’S POV

I am so nervous, what if she says no, then what? Shut up Jimmy, why would she say no!?

“Hey Meghan, can you turn around for a second?” I asked.

“Umm, why?”

“Just trust me and turn around.” I responded. She did as I said and turned around.

MEGHAN’S POV

Jimmy told me to turn around, so I did. I heard a small rustle before he spoke.

“Ok, turn around honey.” I turned around and saw him down on one knee.

“Meghan Camarena, will you marry me?” he asked. Oh my gosh!

“YES JIMMY! YES!” I screamed, crying as I hugged him. I never thought this day would come so soon! So many emotions are going through my mind right now.

YAYAYAY!!! Meghan and Jimmy are getting married!!!!!! I’m so sorry! I can’t believe that it’s almost been a moth since I last posted! I’m so sorry! Anyway, so a few people were kind of annoyed with another plot twist (at least that’s what I gathered) and I just wanted to say, that that was a last minute decision, it would’ve been too hard for me to write that since my best friend really is suicidal; so sorry for that. And sorry about another long wait, I lost my iPod recently, which is where I write all of the chapters. So I had to restart this chapter on my laptop. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed it! ❤
