<The song above is from the actual Swan Princess movie, which sadly, doesn't belong to me, and this song is the best part of the whole movie in my opinion, but I will use it more thoroughly in a more important part in the book. Right now I'm still trying to show its importance, which I did a bad job of, but I mean....I have better plans. Right now I just want you to hear the song, listen to it while you read, appreciate and love it! And then later on, I'll play it again and cry because I am writing the last chapter and crying while listening to it! Sorry, I am rambling! ENJOY CHAPTER TWELVE BCUZ CHAPTER THIRTEEN WILL BE HERE FRIDAY-SUNDAY!>

The cellar was cold, and dark. My feathers were ruffled to try to keep in my body heat, but it wasn't working. It's all your fault. Thinking you could escape the powers of Rupert.....Now for your stupidity Grant and your kingdom will suffer for it.

"Now Alivia, please. Don't do this." I ignored Rupert's snide comments and degrading tone quality. A retort would have been my first response but I didn't feel like it tonight. Now Grant was going to proclaim a vow of everlasting love to Elise, cursing me into this state for eternity.

"Alivia! I have sacrificed so much for you!" I fluttered my feathers and gave him a rather rude honk noise. His face immediately went to the color of his fiery red hair. "How dare you! Honk! At me!" If I was a human you could have seen that I was frowning a very un-lady like frown.

I turned and swam to the other side of the cylinder like water filled half way tower/dungeon. "You know what, I wasn't going to tell you like this but you have left me no choice Alivia, I'm going to tell you." I turned my long neck and looked at him through the corner of my eyes.

"I feel bad about Prince Grant, and Elise being married later, I wanted to give you a friend to be with." And with a shove of his hands, he shoved Brandin down the long fall into the water below.

But I knew Brandin couldn't swim. I remember one time when I was around seven....

I can't believe Grant doesn't want to play with me yet again! Another year I don't have any friends to talk to, and Grant tries to make me...well, makes me feel bad about myself.

"Father, I'm going for a swim in the lake." My Father busy with Eugenia discussing the marriage just nodded and waved his hands. "Be safe dear."

I nodded and skipped out with my ladies maid and walked to the lake which I had previously started using. Earlier father taught me how to swim in this lake so I knew it pretty well. Although when I got there, expecting Grant and Brandin to be there like I had overheard them saying, I was alone.

So I handed the towel to the maid, thanked her for watching me swim and went to the ledge to jump in. My white undergarments immediately became soaked, but I didn't mind at that age.

"Oh, Sue! It's wonderful in here! I wish you could swim with me!" I shouted to her. "Hush child, you'll scare all the fish!" Sue said, continuing with her sewing.

"There are really fish in here? Big ones that could eat my toes!" I squealed. "Not that big, but maybe. Never know!" Then I felt something pinch me. "AHH!" Sue ran to my aid but stopped when she saw it was just young Prince Grant.

"That wasn't funny." I called to him and he began swimming away. Tears welding in my eyes. But I wouldn't let them fall. Not yet.
