Who pulled the trigger?
Mason looked up and there was Shane, slumped over him, blood coming out of his neck.
And Lauren was behind him, holding the pistol. The problem?
She was on her back on the floor, with blood coming out of her chest.
The bullet entered Shane and exited his neck, then must've bounced off the wall and hit Lauren in the chest.
Mason ran up to her. "Lauren!" He screamed.
She smiled, " 'Sup?" She asked weakly.
"My gosh!" He sighed. "I'm sorry."
She laughed weakly. "It's not your fault. Weapons don't like me."
He took off his shirt and put it on her wounds to stop the blood.
"Mason," she whispered. "I know we agreed not to, but you should call 911."
He stared into her eyes, and she really meant it. She really needed medical treatment.
He grabbed his phone from the chair and dialed 911.
"911, what's your emergency?" The man on the other end asked in a monotone voice.
He looked at her and she nodded slowly.
"I'm Mason Hudson." He said in the phone.
