Chapter 5 - Out of the Shell

I wake up in my own bed. I recap the things that happened last night in my head. Sheesh, what a night! Reluctantly, I roll over and look at the clock. 1:30pm, jeez, I slept for a long time! I decided to spend the rest of the day unpacking and decorating the rest of my house. At about 3:00 I get a text from Aphmau.
Aph-Watcha up 2?
(Y/N)-finishing unpackin
Aph-kewl, we gonna go to dinner at olive gerden, wanna come?
(Y/N)-yeah sure, wut time?
Aph-bout 6, we will come and pick you up, this is gonna be a all girl's dinner btw
(Y/N)-aight, cya then!
I put my phone down and get back to work.
Ding-Dong!
Who could that be? I go and open the door to see Aaron. "Hey Aaron! Why are you here?"
"Hey." he mumbles. "I came to get to know you better since we didn't really talk last night."
"Oh yeah, come on in!" I say, "I was just finishing unpacking and decorating. Sorry about the mess?."
"No problem." He says.
"Soo...what do you want to do?" I ask.
"Whatever you want."
"How about a movie? Ooo! I know! Let's watch Guardians of the Galaxy!"
I sit on the couch and pat he space next to me. "What are you standing there for? Come, sit!"
He strides over to me and sits down. I start the movie. For the entire movie, I sit there drooling over the movie. I didn't even notice Aaron's arm wrap around me.

Aaron's POV:
She is so nice to me, even though I keep to myself. She gestures to me to sit next to her. She doesn't seem at all intimidated by me. She reminds me of Aphmau in a way, the way she is friendly around everyone and not judgemental. I plop down next to her as she starts the movie.
I don't pay attention to the movie at all. I can't seem to take my eyes off of (Y/N). It's kinda odd, I feel like a better person around her. She makes me feel good and I want to be around her. Her (H/C) hair and (E/C) eyes are just toppings on the beautiful cake named (Y/N). Next thing I know, I put my arm around her and pull her closer. She's adorable, no doubt about it. To think, I've known this girl for a little over a day, yet I love her. Is this what love at first sight is like?

(Y/N)'s POV:
After the movie is finished, I snap back to reality. I look over and see myself in Aaron's arms, his dark brown eyes looking into my (E/C) eyes. "Ummm, A-Aaron..." I stutter and blush bright red. "Oh, I apologize...I don't know came over me." Aaron says nervously. He pulls away and I instantly start missing the warmth of his skin. I realize I have never seen this guy lose his cool, even though I haven't known him for very long. "Well, that was fun. Thanks." Aaron says, resuming his concealed self. "Yeah, thanks for coming over." I open the door for him and he walks out. He turns around and says, "Thanks for everything." "Yeah. No problem! You're always welcome here!"
Wow, I have never seen that guy open up to anyone. To think, he opened up to me! Me! Of all people! I think of each of the guys and their behavior around me. Hmmmm, one day I have been here and I think the guys like me. Not just like, they love me. I just wonder, do I like them back?
