Chapter 1 - pinkie promise?
I fall on to the floor and with a crash why did i even agree to go on on this cruise? What was the point?i only came because mum said i could my best friends tara and ash and they seemed quite happy about it. What I'm not happy about is jake who is my mums new boyfriend.but this cruise had to be better than staying with grandma who cant see a thing.
Im glad tara and ashleigh are happy about it though because they are the only reason i came.
By the way the boat is moving i can tell that something is very wrong. So i go check it out and go to the top deck trying to keep my balance. Then i saw people running around screaming shouting shoving thats all i could hear.
What what going on?
I then saw my mum and she saw me
" You need to get off this boat now!"
"Ok" i replied immediately.
"Ill find tara and ash you need to find the nearest lifeboat ok jess!?"she was almost shouting me and she wrinkled her forehead to look at me angrily but she still looked pretty though with her big blue eyes and soft silky brown hair,why couldn't I look more like my mum?
"Ok mum" I shouted back.
She ran off with jake running after trying to calm her down. I found the nearest life boat and jumped in.there was a woman crying with long blonde hair with her boyfriend trying to calm her down but failing.there was a lot other different people on the boat including a man about as big as the cruise chip its self. Then i saw ash!
"You alright?"
"Not really!?" I hissed
"Its ok don't worry!"ashleigh said.
I burst into tears and ash gives me a big hug telling me that everything's ok but i know perfectly its not.shes like a twin sister.we don't look the same but we do so the same things we act the same and well our maturity levels are very low indeed.
"If i tell u whats happening will you promise you wont panic?" she asks
"Promise!" i look at her wanting to know.
"Pinkie promise?"
"ASH! now its no the time for pinkie promises ok!" I shout at her.
"Ok.I think the boats sinking!"
"WHAT?! ash I'm gonna have to break the promise!" i say nearly hyperventilating.
Ash manages somehow to calm me down and I sit there as men and women jump in the boat and make it more crowded.
The boat drops in the water.making me and ash scream . a man had the ores and started rowing us away from the boat or should i call it the modern titanic. I slowly start to drop off with my head on ash's shoulder.
I wake up and the first thing i do is panic. It is pitch black and all i see is the man with ores orange glowing jacket.
"HELP! hello? where am I?"
"Its ok" the man in the orange jacket says."my names john u were on a cruise and the boat sank"
It all comes back to me now making me upset. I start to feel the water dripping down my cheeks.
"Eh"the man said "there there its ok don't worry go back to sleep and everything will be ok when u wake up"
So i do what he says and finally drops off wandering what will happen tomorrow?
