My eyes are closed, it's dark. I hear Aden's voice, and I feel someone shaking me. "Eva, EVA! Wake up! Please!" I hear, I try opening my eyes and I see his frantic face towering over me. My eyes get heavy and I go to sleep, I hope. "Eva, wait..." I hear before I'm out cold for who knows how long. I wake up at least a hour later. "She's awake! Oh, um, your awake." He says looking relieved and great full. "How long has it been?" I say starting to rise up then I feel a pain in my back, "Aghh..." I huff, he walks over and helps me lay back down. "You just had surgery on your back, you've been out for at least four hours." He say looking a little scared again, "I almost thought you were, dead." I look up at him "You stayed in here that long?" He nods, "I knew you stayed with me until I was better. You just went into the hall to talk, doesn't mean you weren't there." He says, I feel my face go red. "Sorry to interrupt, but you got a visitor..." Liz says almost sighing about it. A guy with dark brown hair and dark green eyes walks in, that guy from before, "Hello, again Eva." He says, I don't remember telling him my name, then again he is a Wise. "Hello, um uh, what's your name?" I ask, "Mal." He says as he walks over to where I am, "Well, I'll leave y'all alone." Liz says walking out. "I brought you something," Mal says, I see Aden look him up and down, unsure about him. "Here," he says giving me this weird necklace that has a light blue fire charm on the end, the charm looks like wings made of blue fire. I put it on, and feel a surge of energy through body. I look at Mal, "This is beautiful but, does it do something?" I ask, he looks at me confused, "It's just a necklace I thought you would like, it's your favorite color." Mal says proudly. "Oh, yes it is, thank you." I say then I feel the need to address him "I know your a Wise." I say still looking at the necklace. "I know I kinda made it noticeable!" He grins "Wait your a wise?" Aden asks, "Yes? Why?" Mal asks "If we get Eric again then he could interrogate him!" Aden says, I think it over, "But how will we ever get him again that dragon will just come and save him!" Mal looks confused then I feel him in my mind figuring out what Aden is talking about. "Hey!" I say looking toward Mal "Ah!" He jumps, Mal was almost looking through my thoughts about him. "What? I want to know!" He says chuckling I sigh, "Whatever, but we need to know how to get my Brother." My mind is filled with thoughts off if that Dragon comes back. Then I feel a reassuring hand on mine, and another hand on my shoulder. I look to see Mal holding my hand and Aden reaching for my other hand. They care, only if my brother did too...
