Aden stands at the top of the tree right across from the cliff I'm sitting on, I wipe my tears away with a sniff. "Aden?" I start "What?" Mal continues "How?" Liz finishes. "Hello, to you too?" He says laughing, it's like I'm looking at a ghost, I almost am. He hops over on to the cliff, a piece of the cliff breaks off under his feet, I grab him and feel two rips in the back of his shirt. He doesn't notice my questioning look until he feels my arms, that are still raped around him from catching him, feeling around the holes in his shirt. "H-Hey!" He says backing away, "Are you okay?" I ask stepping closer, he takes a step back. I grunt, "Okay, what's wrong?" I huff out through gritted teeth. "Well I." He starts then looks down to where he was laying when Eric kicked him off. I look along with everyone else, and I see his other wing that Eric didn't cut off. I gasp to myself even though everyone else heard and they gasped too. "Your human?" He sighs and nods, I can't believe it, I want to say. He's a human like me, no he's a Worthless.
