I heard beeping. I woke up and noticed that it was my alarm. I twisted over and saw Khalif still sleep. His hand was around my waist. I moved his hand and put it on the pillow. He groaned and I kissed his cheek.
I got out of bed and went to the bathroom to take a shower.
When I got out, I wrapped the towel around me and opened the bathroom door. I jumped because Aaquil was standing there.
"Shit! You scared the hell out of me!" I said.
"Sorry, lemme use your toothpaste" he said.
"No, why?" I asked.
"Because I ran out and Destany won't bring none"
I shook my head and handed him a tube of toothpaste.
"Thanks K" he said walking off.
I walked to my room and smiled at the sight of Khalif and Nalani on the bed.
"Good morning, sunshine" I said.
"Morning, babe" Khalif answered.
"I was talking to Nalani but good morning" I said kissing her.

"Are you gonna watch her today or you want Destany to do it?"
"I'll do it" he said sucking his teeth.
"Stop with the attitude. I just thought maybe you was hanging with Aaquil." I said pulling out my outfit.
"Why she can't hang with us?"
"Because Aaquil likes to smoke and curse a lot and I don't want her around that" I said sliding my shirt on.
"We just riding around with Jay but I promise we won't smoke around her" he said messing with Nalani's hair.
"Mhmm" I said trying to find my gold sandals. "What time is it?" I asked.
"12:33" he said.
"I can't find my shoes" I yelled getting frustrated.
Khalif picked up some shoes that were in Nalani's hand.
