Chapter 12 (Another Boring Chapter, Sorry)

I venture deep into the cave with Jen. I'm in search of 5 gold; Jen is in search of 16. (A/N: I did the math in my head. Are you proud of me?) We are already 100 blocks underground. There should be gold left because we didn't mine it. We never found the need for it. "I feel like a noob, searching for gold instead of diamonds." I say. Gold is not the best material.

"I know right. Diamonds are the best." (A/N: Before people start screaming at me, let me just say that I am a part of the sky army too, but not one of those crazy people.)

I find a big pocket of gold and start mining it. There was 7 gold ores. I took 4 and gave Jen 3. I held my torch up higher. There were holes every where from when we got the diamonds, coal, iron, emeralds, lapis lazuli, and redstone. Jen finds three gold and gives one to me.

"I'm going to help Olivia get more wood for sticks." I turn around and venture out of the cave. I go home and start smelting the stuff. I grab a stone axe and to where Olivia was getting wood with her hands. I walk up to her,"Olivia, why didn't you just take an axe?"

She blushed, "I didn't know we had one."

I start chopping down a tree. I collected the wood and went to Olivia. "Here, I think we have enough." We go back home, and I turn the logs into planks and turn the planks into sticks. I give one to Olivia so she can make a sword. I take my gold out of the furnace and craft everything. I am now ready.
