Kidnapped (One-Shot in Alex's POV)

Hey beans! Yes, I am doing this one shot and I hope you like it. New point of view, it's Alex's, the leader of the army. In Chapter 9, he was kidnapped by squids. Now, a bunch of you were probably wondering what is happening in there. Wonder no longer. I present to you Kidnapped.

Alex's POV

When I got kidnapped, I was dipping my feet in the river. I felt really bad about attacking Gelly. I couldn't help it. She was threatening me. A squid floated into the river. I didn't pay too much attention to it.

I thought about our stats in the war for a few more minutes, when I felt something slimy grab my leg. I tried to shake it off. Something else grabbed my arms and dragged me into the river. I couldn't squirm around, so I screamed. I could hear doors opening and feet hitting the ground. They took me underwater. I could strangely breathe.

I was taken into a cell. They made me sleep, so if I die, I would respawn in the cell. (A/N: I've read a lot of Minecraft stories, and most of the authors forget to mention either hardcore mode or respawning.) They chained me to the wall with my arms above me. A squid with a crown came in. "So you are the leader of an army."

I gulp. "Uh, yeah."

"Well, so am I. I have my squid army, you have your Minecraftian army."

"What do you want from me?" My voice sounded like normal.

"My army is in alliance with the army against yours."

"You freakin' traitor! I swear to Notch if I ever escape-"

"You can never escape. Or we'll take your whole army."

"You wouldn't dare."

"Oh, but I would, young child." (A/N: He's actually twelve.-.)

"There is something I would like to know. Tell us about your sorcerer friend. What was her name? Gelly?"

"No."

"If you don't tell us, there will be consequences."

"I don't care. You don't deserve to know."

"Suit yourself." He took out a whip. He raised it above his head and struck down. It hit my arm. A huge cut formed, and blood started to pour down my arm. Tears started to roll down my cheeks. "Now will you tell us?"

"No! Never! You can beat me all you want; I won't crack."

"Okay." He whipped me a few more times, then left the room. I stared at the floor thinking, "Will it ever end?"

~time skip~

Over the next four days, they tried to get information about my friends out of me. They beat me, leaving me with cuts that didn't heal. Gelly isn't here to heal them. She can't sing to me when I feel down. Every time they left me after they beat me, I heard her voice in my head. I miss her. I miss everyone. Are they even looking for me? Are they worried? Maybe they aren't even trying. I mean, they would've found me soon. They probably forgot about me already.

My thoughts were interrupted when the door got kicked down.
