I slam the front door shut behind me, not caring about the loud bang that interrupts the quiet neighborhood. I cross my arms and start walking, not really caring where I go as long as it's away from Jack. I decide to turn right at the end of the street, knowing there's an old park a couple blocks down.
When I get to the park I sit on one of the rusted swings, trying to ignore the eeriness of the surrounding area. I start to swing slightly, just enough to move without my feet leaving the ground too much. "You shouldn't be out here alone." A deep voice appears behind me, making me jump.
I turn the swing around to face him, "I-I know" I whisper, trying to make out the person's face underneath the hoddie.
"If you know, why are you still here?" He asks, sounding genuinely interguied.
"I don't think that's any of your business." I declare, not taking my eyes off of him.
"I'm just trying to be friendly Lila, you always told me I should." He pulls his hood down revealing his face.
"I think I should go." I mutter, turning the swing back around and standing up.
Harry reaches out and grabs my wrist, "relax Lila, I just want to talk." He says in a calm tone. I hesitantly sit back down and he releases my wrist, "good choice" he say before sitting down in the swing next to me. "You're out here because of Jack aren't you?" I shake my head and he looks at me, a dissapointed look on his face.
"...Yes" I mumble, looking at my lap.
"Was it a fight?" I nod my head, making him chuckle. "Get ready for a lot of those."
"What's that supposed to mean?" I look up from my lap and glare at him.
"It means, you and Jack aren't meant to be together. You two will start out great but this fight will be the first of many, I can garentee that."
"You don't know that." I argue.
"Well I mean, either you two will fight all the time, or he'll start to forget about you. Hell, he may even cheat." Harry bitterly laughs.
"I'm going now." I declare, standing up and walking away.
"You know that's what will happen Lila, you can't deny it." Harry calls out.

I quietly walk through the house, cringing slightly every time a floorboard squeaks under my foot. As I walk past the lounge room I see Jack sitting on the couch starring at the tv.
Jack looks at me, a small wave of guilt passes through his expression. He opens his mouth to say something but I turn and start walking to the stairs.
I hear the tv turn off and footsteps following mine. The footsteps follow me to the hallway outside of Jack's room, where I stop and turn to face him. "I'm sorry." He tells me, stepping closer and pulling me into a hug.
"It's okay." I sigh, leaning into him, "but we should talk about it."
Jack doesn't say anything for a minute. "Can we talk tomorrow? I just, I think we should sleep on it."
I nod and pull away. "Okay, that sounds like a good idea."
Apparently people want me to continue with this fic?? I have no idea when the next chapter will be up, but hopefully soon.
