"I wanna give you your present now." I tell Jack and pull him away from setting up the party, "too kinky for an audience?" He asks and I slap his chest "joking!" "So what's my present?" Jack asks and I pass him a piece of paper, "it's a list of my favourite movies?" I smile at Jack's confused expression. "They are all the movies we are going to watch today." I watch as his eyes light up and he looks over the list again, "I thought you didn't like Disney movies?" His confused expression returns as he sees The Lion King on the list. "I'm not the biggest fan of them, but that doesn't matter. Besides, watching it with you might change my opinion" I shrug, Jack starts grinning and pulls me into a hug. "I'll get your present now, be right back." He says and quickly walks out of the room.
"Here." He passes me a wrapped small rectangular shaped present, I smile at him before ripping open the wrapping paper. "You didn't!" I laugh, looking at the the band shirts. I look up at Jack "thank you." I grin, putting them on the couch and pulling Jack into a hug.
I walk through the small crowd, occasionally stopping to talk to someone I recognise. "Lila!" Jack calls out and waves me over to him and Dean. "How do you guys know this many people?" I jokingly question, "we don't. We paid them." Dean tells me, "except for the few, like Dean, who I'm holding against their will." Jack mentions, "help me!" Dean loudly whispers.
After everyone leaves Jack and I start our movie marathon, "do you know how amazing you are?" Jack asks as he looks through the piles of DVDs. "You mentioned that earlier, what one do you want to start with?" "This is the hardest decision I've had to make all year!" Jack cries.
"Who's texting you?" Jack asks as my phone lights up, "my second boyfriend." I joke. Hazel: I've got an idea for a short film but I need someone to help with the script/filming, would you be able to help me? "Hazel wants me to help her make a short film" I tell Jack, "cool. You gonna help?" He asks and I nod. Me: sure, what times?
My updates are just getting shorter and shorter... Oh well, it's a filler. (I promise the next chapter will fully relate to the storyline).
