This had to stop..
I've been ignoring Tyler and Kyle for the past few weeks hoping they'd leave me alone for good. I was wrong. It made them want me want more than ever. Theresa still wants to get back with Kyle but Kyle will not stop at nothing until he has me as his own. Tyler's sister Tonya started spreading rumors about me and Tyler going out and that Kyle caught us both having sex, the supposed reason of the fight from Halloween night. So much was going on that I just wanted to run away and be free from drama. I wish that I can be home schooled again back at Colorado and take care of my mom with Todd. After all she 3 months pregnant now. Sure I miss the moments I had with Kyle and Tyler but they needed to realize that I'm a woman with my own limitations and self respect. Well sort of. I decided to give up my glasses because I have to constantly fix them while I shake. I also decided to give myself myself a new hairdo hoping that the new me can change everything and leave the past behind. My dad takes us out to eat at one of favorite restaurants since he burned the noodles trying to make spaghetti to impress me. "So Rio, how's school?"
I wish that I could tell him what's on my mind about high school and all the drama I go through but he's having a hard time since his girlfriend broke up with him for leaving the date early. He really wants to get back out there, but for now, he just needed to take a step back and relax. I sigh for the response. "High school is great! I mean I couldn't be anymore happier!" "Is that sarcasm I sense?" I sigh and nod. "What's wrong Rio? Is something bad going on?" Dad!!!!!! If only you can read my mind. You would understand all of what I'm going through and tell me what to do because I'm completely lost. I am in need of your guidance but I'm afraid that it'll remind you of mom... I smile. "Nothing. Nothing's wrong" "Are you sure sweetie?" I nod. "Can we just change the subject please? I'm sorry, I just want to think about something else that's all." "Sure..I'm sorry." "Don't be sorry dad, it's not you it's me."After dinner we arrived home, I decided to go for a walk. I needed to clear my mind and get some air. I look at Tyler's window on my way. He's just looking through his window trying look through mine and see if im home. He looked down and saw me on the sidewalk.
He runs down and opens his front door running towards the curb. He smiles at me and i smile back at him. "Rio, what's your answer?" I just remembered.. I still haven't came up with an answer to tell him. I stare at him without a response. He's wildly attractive and kind. What could I say to him? What's my answer???? "Rio?" "Huh? Oh. Sorry." "What do you say?" He smiles and runs across towards me and he wraps his arms around me by my waist. "Will you, Rio Lane, be my girlfriend?" I look up at him and smile.
"Yes."
