"I'm not Jimin..."

A different voice is heard and Jihyun's eyes widen at the realization that this person in fact wasn't Jimin, but his brother instead.

"H-Hyunie... what are you doing in here", Jihyun asks as she removes her arms from around him awkwardly. The younger boy sniffles lightly and replies coldly while moving his eyes away from her, "I already asked you that exact question."

"I just... wanted to see Jimin... I thought you were him because you guys kind of look alike, sorry", Jihyun says and the boy in front of her sighs softly with a graven look shown onto his features.

"I was told that a lot- that I looked like Jimin, I mean", Hyunie chuckles bitterly as his eyes meet hers once again. "And if you're looking for Jimin, your 'hero', then he's long gone", the boy says bitterly and begins to move around her to leave the room.

"You never answered my question", Jihyun says, her voice sounding tight and taut. He stops and turns slightly with one of his hands shoved deeply into his pocket. His eyes anchoring her attention to only him while his gaze pierces through the suddenly warm and soft room.

"I may seem like I hate my brother, but I don't. I love him and miss him so much, I visit his room everyday and pretend he's still here", he says softly, his eyes growing gentle instead of a piercing anger they once held. He turns and goes to grab the door knob when Jihyun stops him again.

"Where is Jimin?"

Hyunie turns towards her completely this time and sighs, his eyes glittering with cold and frigid emotions. "So you're that girl, huh? It all makes sense now", Hyunie says icily and he turns back around to leave the room.

"I hope you remember, because I can't be the one to tell you... I promised myself I would never say those words ever again", he mutters and finally grasps onto the doorknob, turning and pulling it open and then swinging it closed behind him. Jihyun stares at the closed door with teary eyes as a bad feeling erupts into her chest.

She may already know what had happened to Jimin. But she refuses to think it, or even say it. So instead, she tries to keep her mind busy while looking around Jimin's room. Her eyes flicker from object to object as she walks closer towards his desk.

"Jimin... what are you hiding", Jihyun asks herself as her fingers softly graze across the oak wood. It's been a long time since it's been touched because of the large amount of dust that seems to be caked all over it, but she doesn't mind. This was where Jimin used to do his studies and write so the dust that seems to stick to her fingers doesn't affect her in the slightest. Now that her thoughts continue to ponder about Jimin, she begins to grow courage within herself once again.

The dust she feels on the wood that seems to stick to her fingers causes her heart to hurt. She thinks of the dust as Jimin's problems and secrets- sticking to her and clinging onto her by her fingers, eventually going to be rubbed away or dusted off just like the rest.

She sighs as she looks at the couple of books sitting on his desk in the corner with a cup filled with pens and pencils sitting next to them. An unusual pen in the cup grabs her attention and she moves her hand to take it out. She brings it closer to examine it and her fingers delicately touch the purple petals of a rose on the end of the pen. Her head throbs as she continues to look at the purple rose, trying to dig through her memory. The longer she tries to remember, the worse her head begins to feel. She frustratingly sighs again and places the rose back into its holder gently.
