---

She watches the stars twinkle above, the now darkened sky seeming to glow with life in response to the bright moon glowing in the middle. She feels peaceful, and sort of happy. She's satisfied that she had gotten to see her sister for one final time and to know that she doesn't blame her for her death. Of course she's a little upset to see her sister go away so soon, but now she's content. For some reason, though, she still feels like something is missing- that a part of her is still lost. She sighs and closes her eyes, feeling the cool breeze tumbling across her. She breathes in the fresh air and sighs as the cold grass she lies on refreshes her body with its cool strands.

She continues to rest her eyes closed when she hears someone approaching her, the grass making crunching noises as the person walks closer. "Hey", she hears the voice say and she doesn't have to open her eyes to know who the sound belongs to. She responds by raising her eyebrow and she hears him sitting next to her with the feeling of his gaze and his entire attention focused upon her. "You feeling okay", he asks and her eyes slowly open to watch the night sky above. She sighs softly as one of the stars twinkle above and she clasps her hands over her stomach, her dainty fingers tapping against each other.

"I guess I'm okay", she starts off with a shrug, "I mean I'm kind of sad to see her go, but I'm glad to know she's happy and safe- even if she's happy without me." Her eyes finally glance over to the orange headed boy who's facing her completely with slight worry etching on his facial features. She gives him a hesitant smile to show that she's okay, and he sighs while moving his hand to cup the side of her cheek to show some sign of comfort.

"I feel like you're still down though", he mumbles and her eyes look away from his to look at the moon instead, it's shine of white calming the saddening emotions that want to escape.

"I'm actually happy to see my sister go so peacefully", her voice comes out soft, just like the glow of the moon. "I thought that when she had passed away in the fire- that she suffered terribly." Her voice shakes towards the end and she takes a deep breath before continuing, "but she seemed happy... and even forgave me for not being there to save her..."

"Jihyun-"

" I should have been the one that died in that fire, not her. I should have been the one-"

"NO", Jimin yells and her eyes flicker towards him in shock. He grits his teeth and helps her into a sitting position, staring into her eyes angrily. "Don't ever say that Jihyun. Don't think that way-"

"But it was my fault that the fire started in the first place", Jihyun cries and tears begin to slip down her cheeks slowly. Jimin shakes his head and tries to say something, but she quickly says, "I was the one trying to burn myself, I left the fire on and-"

Jimin shakes his head as he grips the side of her arms, pulling her close in the end so that she can sob into his shoulder. She tries to talk, but her sobs prevent her from being able to utter any sort of word. so instead, Jimin strokes her back as he feels her shake beneath him, her cries echoing loudly into his trembling heart. He hates to see her like this and he hates to see her always blaming herself.

"Jihyun, you and I both know that you  left the fire on the stove downstairs when you were cooking. That had nothing to do with you burning yourself. Please stop hallucinating such things- Even the firemen told you that the fire was caused by the oven", Jimin tells her gently as he continues to stroke her back for comfort. Her sobs continue to pierce his heart as she wraps her arms around his middle, the warmth shared between the two causing a familiar memory to awaken in her mind. "Stop blaming yourself, Jihyun. It's not your fault. Not everything is your fault-remember that." His words begin to calm her as he continues to stroke her back gently, her cries turning into sniffles instead.
