Chapter 11

"So for today schedule, do you want to start with Haymitch or me?" Says Effie.

I look at Gale and he answers:

"Let's start with Haymitch."

"Perfect! So I will see you later!" Says the woman.

She kisses our mentor cheeks and leave. We were in the living room, all sitting on a couch. Gale beside me and Haymitch in front of us.

"So where do we start?" I ask.

Our mentor sighs.

"We need to find you a personality."

"A personality?" I said, totally lost.

"It for the interview you need to be someone sexy, funny or mysterious."

"Okay..." Says my best friend, not sure too.

"You're not the problem. But she is." He said pointing me.

"Why? I can do it" I say crossing my arms on my chest.

"You? Hahaha, no."

I glare at him.

"He can do it, all of the them. But you..."

I look at Gale and he tries his best to hide his funny smile.

"But why can she be herself?" He asks, once again serious.

"The capitol doesn't want this!"

"Why?" I said.

"I don't know! And I'm telling you the truth."

I sigh, we are not going to progress. Gale grabs my hands and he presses it gently. I formulate a little "Thank you." He just smirks back.

When the clock shows midday, my partner and I eat a little and now it the turn of Effie. For like four hours, the lady shows me how to walk in high heels. It was hard and painful. Gale laugh at me every time when I almost fall. But when he is turn, I can see he feels very awkward dancing with Effie and acting like a real gentleman.

"Gale, to be honest, it was near the disaster." Says the woman, sincerely.

I burst in laugh and my best friend glares at me.

For the left time, Trinket show us how to dance. With, of course, my high heels and some gently music. I don't stop stepping on Gale foot.

"I'm sorry." I said for the thousandth time. My friend raises my chin with two fingers and says quietly.

"Just look at me."

He puts his hand back on my waist and I just look at him. We dance gently on the rhythm of the sweet music. Totally forget the presence of Effie. I put my face in the shoulder of Gale and he hugs me against him. I feel shivers cover my body, it the first time I have this reaction with the young man. And love the security I have in his arms.

Do I'm falling in love with Gale?
