My review:

Where should I begin? Okay I'll just start with grammar and typos. You have the first few chapters really clean then as I continued to read I found a few mistakes here and there. Nothing big and nothing a quick proof reading can't fix.

The other thing I noticed was that when they signed the letter they said "love you, *character name*" rather than "love, *character's name*" I'm not sure if that was your intention or not. It does work on a level though since the characters typically say, "I love you so much" at the end of each letter. So it's almost like they are repeating themselves. Just something to think about.

So I was pretty excited to read this story. Love the format especially. There aren't to many stories out there in letter form and it's definitely a somewhat difficult format to keep up.

I do like that within the letter you learn a letter bit more about the character writing. However, I would strongly consider going back and adding something to the letters, especially the first set. It was like you really had my attention, and then you lost it, and then you had it again. Add something to the letters so each one stands out a little more and adds a significance to the story.

I felt that the characters were just a bit underdeveloped, Rosie more than the others. I realize it's a short story and again I love that it's a fairly simple read, but don't make it to short that I can't connect with the characters. I really wanted to feel Maddison's pain, Shawn's heart break, Rosie's fear, and I was almost there but it fell just a little short of doing that.

I really wanted more tension between Chris and Rosie and again by going back through and tweaking the letters just a tad will help tremendously.

Overall I loved the concept, format, and plot it there was just something missing. Another thing I really enjoyed was the repetition  of those three lines. The strength in just repeating those three lines is incredible and has such a powerful affect!  It gave me chills I'm not going to lie.
