Here's a rough preview of what to expect;)

Red. That was the color that invaded my sight moments after my eyes fluttered open from a dreamless sleep, a searing crimson red. I sat up on my elbows with a majority of my lower body covered by the ruffled blankets. I tried to blink away the unfamiliar color in hopes that I was in fact dreaming and at any moment her delicate face would appear. But to my dismay, she did not make an appearance, and as I glanced around the room shades of blue flooded my vision, a color I was familiar with. That made everything so much more surreal. My lips curved into a faint smile and I fell back into the comfort of my bed.

Blue. That was the color I associated with her when she was getting closer. It was the first color I had ever seen but my vision never let me see beyond that single tint, because she would never get any closer. However today I was seeing red for the first time and it was a beautiful pigment. It meant she was finding her way to me. My eyes shifted around the room vigouresly in an attempt to absorb all the various shades of this new and exciting color.

I recalled he first time I ever saw blue. The shades weaved their way in out and out of my vision causing me to stop in my tracks. Normally blue is associated with sadness, but when I looked up at the sky there was the pale blue I had been waiting for. The sun was still dull, but the sky that cascaded above me flaunted that gorgeous tone. I soaked in the warmth the color brought and I instantly felt her presence. She was here. I closed my lids allowing myself to let the sensation sink deeper than just my eyes . Along with the unfamiliar color came an unfamiliar feeling that was an incredible, indescribable sensation. I immediately etched the moment into my brain and the emotions were etched into my skin that lacked her touched. Because of her, I was seeing the world in a new light. And when I opened my eyes expecting to see the extraordinary color, it vanished, but the feelings lingered, and I longed for her.
