Family: but u must be happy..it's your day! It's your birthday. Ok don't celebrate but go!dress up! u must look like a birthday girl. 😸
Me: what so special about it ? Why i must be happy on this particular day? 😏
Family: Bcz Allah has grant u one more year of life , you should be thankful to Him. 😐
Me:but i've lost one more year..one more moment of my life! 😕And i don't thanks Allah for a particular day .. Every single moment is a blessing, I'm grateful to Him for every single moment.😊
Family: ok fine! 😐 *everyone thinking I'm a crackpot*
Me: *changing the topic* so it means im going to have gifts today.. 🙌🙌🙌
Family: But u don't celerbrate birthday! 😎
Me: but i don't mind taking gifts 😝 🎁As exchanging gifts is Sunnah.. 🎁
Family: very clever!
Me: tashakkur! love u all for the sake of Allah💕 😄
Often people argue on this matter as well that there's nothing wrong in it.but i just say when there is any doubtful matter in regards of deen.and there's not any harm in avoiding but it might not be good if you get involved in it.. So it's better to stay away from that thing. Better to stay safe than sorry.
