◇بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم◇
" One of the most beloved qualities of Good character to Allah is kindness and gentleness. Allah has reserved a special reward for those who are kind and gentle. "
Aisha (R.A) reported: The Messenger of Allah (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) said:
يَا عَائِشَةُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَفِيقٌ يُحِبُّ الرِّفْقَ وَيُعْطِي عَلَى الرِّفْقِ مَا لَا يُعْطِي عَلَى الْعُنْفِ وَمَا لَا يُعْطِي عَلَى مَا سِوَاهُ
O Aisha, Allah is gentle and He loves gentleness. He rewards for gentleness what is not granted for harshness and He does not reward anything else like it.
(Sahih Muslim 2593)
Allah loves kindness and gentleness in all matters :)
Our beloved Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) never insulted and cursed his enemies. Rather, he showed patience and forbearance and encouraged his companions to be kind. He just invoked the curse of Allah on the people who would break the laws of Allah; not because he had anything personal against them, but to educate the believers of the severity of the sin, so that they might be able to avoid it.
So we should also manifest these qualities even when we face abuse and cruelty.
Ya Allah beautify our manners with kindness and protect us from falling into harshness.
