The Strange Ring

The wedding was amazing. As was the honeymoon, but I'm not going to go into detail about that wonderful night! Anyway, right now George is back at the Burrow watching Adam. He had closed the shop for the day. I on the other hand, was walking down Diagon Alley, just walking around and window shopping.

Then, I saw something crazy. Draco Malfoy was walking hand i hand with a pretty blonde girl. I ran over to them, smiling. Draco and I have never gotten along too well. He used to call me the twins whore. And I used to call him a bleached blonde bitch. So yeah, we have never gotten along too well. But, when he came back from the dark side when Voldemort died, I accepted him as one of our own.

"Hey you little bleach blondie!" I said, smiling at Draco.

He smiled back. "Hey."

"Is this your wife?" I asked, motioning towards the girl. Draco grinned at the girl and nodded his head. "Oh my gosh! Congratulations!" I hugged Draco, then the girl.

"I'm Abbi." Said the girl. She was very pretty. She had dirty blonde hair that went down to her shoulders and was straightened out. She had these big brown eyes that shone with happiness and excitement. She was wearing long sleeved green shirt and some brown shorts. Draco was wearing a black hoodie and some regular jeans. But I, was wearing my Weird Sisters shirt and some skinny jeans with my, yes, my converse.

"I'm Lexi! It's so nice to meet you!" I said excitedly.

"You too."

"When did you guys get married?" I asked Draco.

He squirmed a little, like he didn't want to tell me. "Well, actually a month ago." That would explain Abbi's excitement. She was a newlywed.

"Oh, really? Me and George got married a few days ago. Oh and we have a little boy, Adam and he's so freaking adorable!"

"Oh, you and George...?" Draco stared into my eyes with confusion. I ran a hand through my hair, not really wanting to tell him about Fred. But still, he has the right to know.

"Fred...during the battle at Hogwarts." Was all I said. And thank God Draco or Abbi questioned me any farther.

After another few moments of chatting and catching up, they had left and I started walking down the little road some more. That's when I saw something on the ground, a ring. I picked it up and examined it. It was a simple ring, just a silver one. Nothing special about it. I looked around, hoping to find its owner, but I was all alone. I shrugged my shoulders and slipped the ring on my pointer finger on my right hand and apparated to the Burrow.

Everyone was seated at the table in the dining room of the Burrow. I don't know why, but I refused to eat. So I sat there and watched everyone else eat. Ron, oh my lord I could kill that boy. He was chewing so freaking loud, the Lovegoods probably heard him. The Lovegoods lived just across the hill.

"Uh, Ron?" I started. He looked up from his food. "Can you like, try not to chew so loud?" I couldn't believe I just said that.

Ron swallowed his food and blushed slightly with embarassment. "S-sorry. "He apologized. Everyone started eating again, for they stopped eating to stare at me. Probably wanting to know why I was being so rude.

But I couldn't help it. Everything had been bothering me since I got back from Diagon Alley. I felt as if something as wrong with me, but I couldn't put my finger on it. Earlier that day, when I got back from shopping, Charlie had asked me a question about which dragon was my favorite and I just completely snapped at him. I didn't even apologized after it happened. I had wanted to, but I couldn't find the will to say sorry.

A/N can any of you guess what's got Lexi all pissed off at everyone?
