I hear a pounding on my door, but i ignore it and role over to cover my head with a pillow. The knocking continued and I groaned as I get up and walk to the door. I open the door and lean against the frame. "What?"

"Why are you here?" Westley asks. "I thought that you were staying with Mahogany."

"I was," I giggle, closing my eyes. "but then i found out you were right and came back."

"What do you mean I was right?" he asks, his face looking so serious it makes me laugh. "Are you high?"

"What?" I chuckle, he sighs and puts his face in his hands.

"Come on." he says and drags me out of the room and down the stairs. "Why are you high?"

"I'm not, but I am hungry." I comment, pulling away from him and walking to the kitchen. I go to the fridge and grab some leftover pizza and then a family sized bag of chips that were on the counter. As I open the chips and hop on the counter Wess stares at me with a confused, yet concerned expression on his face. "What?"

"Iris, what's wrong?" he ask, softly. "You can tell me."

"Nothing." I say in denial, smashing some chips into my mouth.

"Just tell me what's wrong." he urges, walking up to me. I shake my head, look down, and take a bite of my pizza. "So there is something wrong?"

"No." I mumble.

"Rissy, please." I look up at him with pizza in my mouth and shed a tear. He notices and is in front of me in a flash. He wipes the tears from under my eyes and hugs me.

"I tried to tell him." I whisper, putting my food down and hugging him back. "And he wouldn't listen and tried to..."

He pulls back and looks at me, crossing his arms. "Tried to what?"

"To have sex." I whisper and as soon as the words leave my lips his face turns red. He starts to walk away, but I grab his shoulder and pull him back. "We didn't."

"But he pressured you?" He asks.

"No, he stopped when I said to." I answer. "It helped me make my decision." He looks at me expectantly. "I'm going to New York."

He sighs and nods. "That's what you want?"

"Yeah." I nod. "That's what I want."

"And the two of you?" He asks.

"Over." I deadpan. "Can we change the subject?"

"Yeah, but the pot you used, I want some." He says.

"I used it all." I lie, having half a joint left in my room. He shakes his head and opens the fridge and mumbles "liar".

"I am not." I claim, crossing my arms and making a humph sound in offense.

"What are you doing today?" He asks, searching through the fridge.

"I'm gonna sit in my room and eat." I say, grabbing my pizza and chips.

"You can not do that all day." He says.

"I can and I will." I say, walking up the stairs. I hear Wess sigh in disappointment.

"We're going to the beach later if you want to come!"

"I don't!" I shout, walking into my room. As I do my phone rings. I roll my eyes and put down my food, so I can look for my phone.

I find it under a pillow and check my notifications. The screen shows 15 text messages from Ian, 6 from Mags, 4 from Kyle, and 7 missed calls and voicemails. I unlock my phone and scroll through the messages, only responding to Mahogany and Kyle.
