Chapter 28

LUCY'S POV

Earlier on Erza asked me if me and Natsu were dating. How did she know? Afterwards she called Jellal outside and i knew something wasnt right.

"Hey do you guys know where Natsu is?" I asked the group, how could i just have realised Natsu wasnt here. Great job Lucy!

" He might be alone somewhere since he isnt fond of sitting with other people." Gray said.

" Why do you ask?"

"No reason just asking." I shrugged my shoulders pretending to act like i dont care but deep down inside i really did.

I turned my head to look at the whole cafeteria but Natsu was nowhere to be found. A frown immediatly started to form on my face.

"Lu-chan why are you frowning?" Levy said which caused the whole group to turn their head and look at me. My cheeks started to flush red as i thought of an excuse.

"Do you like Natsu?" Lisanna smirked and almost everyone nodded their heads in approval.

"N-no why do you guys keep refering to that." I said waving my hands in front of my red face.

"Because today you guys were smiling and grinning at each other." Erza said walking back into the lunchroom with Jellal trailing behind her.

"Also when you couldnt find Natsu earlier you started to frown." Levy added. Now everyone was teaming up on me and were blurting evidence that we were together.

"I still remember today in the morning when a certain blond came running into the gym crying and later came in smiling." Gray said playfully teasing me which resulted into Levy and Lisanna bombarding me with questions. I glared at Gray before Erza helped to convince Levy and Lisanna that it was nothing. 

"Thank goodness Lu-chan your okay."

"Yeah Lucy Juvia wouldnt want you to be emotionally hurt when you just got to Fairy Tail." She said squeezing me into a hug.

"Juvia im fine and you mind loosening the hug a bit your cutting my air stream." I barely managed to whisper into my blue friends ears.

"Juvia's sorry and Juvia apologises." She said releasing me from the hug.

I just remembered that i should probably go find Natsu.

"Guys i have to go the library and research something for class so i'm leaving early." I stood up and threw away the leftovers of my lunch into a nearby garbage can.

" Bye hope you find what your looking for." Lisanna said smirking as it looked like she was refering Natsu to what i was trying to find which resulted in me giving her an eye roll. Erza didnt look fully convinced but she bid me goodbye anyway.
