Chapter 33

LUCY'S POV

TIMESKIP AT SCHOOL

I wasnt that tired surprisingly from last nights date. Natsu went to meet up with his friends while i went to find Levy and Erza.

"Lu-chan good morning!" Levy ran up to me from the front of the gates with Erza trailing not far behind Levy.

"Good morning!" I jogged slightly towards the bluenette and all of us ended up having a big group hug.

"Lets get to class." Erza ushered us towards the front doors of Fairy Tail, before i was pushed to who knows where i turned my head to find Natsu and he was looking at me while Gray was blabbering on about something.

Whats wrong  i mouthed at him but he just shook his head and continued to watch me get kidnapped by the president.

"Lucy who are you looking at?" Erza demanded once we had entered Fairy Tail.

"I was staring?" I said innocently pretendin to not have a clue at what Erza had said.

"Dont play dumb with me Lucy" Erza fixed me with a frightening glare.

"Hey look its Jellal!" I pointed behind Erza before bolting away when the red heads head was turned.

Better get out of here before i say something im not supposed to. I ran and ran through the hallways and into the corrider but i was not aware of bumping into someone during my escape.

"Whew! That was close omph!" My head banged into the hard chest of someone, I fell onto my butt and landed roughly on the ground.

"Watch where you going" I heard someone say in a cold tone.

"Sorry!" I stood and bowed but when i realised who was standing in front of me my blood boiled.

"Wait Sting?!" I yelled at him, i still didnt forget what he did to Natsu the other day.

"Yeah there is only one Sting in this school. Miss me Blondie, you know im always available so whenever you ditch Dragneel you can come to me." He stated smirking which caused me to choke on my own saliva. Who the hell says that oh wait only Sting would.

"In your dreams pretty boy." I shouted at him. How arrogant can he get, why would i leave Natsu for him heck why would i even come to him if i do leave Natsu. UGH! Who does he think he is to compare to Natsu.

"You know your very pretty too bad your stuck with Pinkie." He twirled one of my blond hair in his hands. Our faces were inches apart and he could tell i was very angry right now. He was trying to add oil to fire right now. Sting expected me to back off but i held my ground.

"Pinkie has a name so use it. N-A-T-S-U isnt too hard to say is it." I spelled for him while placing my hands on my hips in annoyance. Why am i wasting my time with him? He isnt worth it.

"I-dont-care." He said spacing out his words.

"Back off, Your wasting my time." I pushed him with a bit of force before turning on my heels leaving him.

"Keep acting tough Heartfilia, you know no matter how tough you act it still doesnt change who you are." He yelled. I halted and turned around to face him as i walked slowly up to him.

"Who am i supposedly please educate me Mr.Eucliffe." I said with a matter of fact tone.

"Dont think i dont know, your mother was killed in a car crash on her way to picking you up from your dance rehearsal."

How did he know? All evidence of my moms accident was erased and anyone who knew was told not to say anything about it.

"Its all your fault your mother died, dont deny it even you father thinks you killed your mother." Sting continued.

Tears stung my eyes but i refused to let them fall.

"Shut up!" I said through clenched teeth.

"Why should i? Im just telling the truth."

"The truth hurts doesnt it?" He taunted.

"I DIDNT KILL MY MOTHER SHE DIED IN A CAR CRASH!" I yelled before collapsing onto the ground in tears. My knees stung as my weight landed on them when i landed onto the smooth marble floor of Fairy Tail.

I looked up with blurry eyes at a laughing Sting but soon a blur of Pink came and held Sting by the neck to a nearby wall.

"Leave her alone or you'll regret it." I heard an all too familiar voice threaten Sting and he quickly scampered off away into the empty hallways of Fairy Tail.

"Luce you okay?"  His voice was so gentle. Natsu was by my side in seconds and he was craddling me in his arms as i lay on the ground crying while i clutched his shirt as i sobbed into his chest. I let Natsu say soothing words as he hugged me.

"Oh my gosh what happened?" I heard Erza say and within minutes the entire gang had showed up beside me and Natsu.

"Guys lets go to class and let Natsu handle this." Erza ushered pushing away everyone. They all had shocked faces. I didnt know if it was because they found out about Natsu and me or because i was crying.

"Luce they left. Can you tell me what happened?" Natsu held me closely as he awaited my answer. My head was buried in his chest as i tried to calm myself.

"Sting h-he said that i killed my mother."

"I didnt though." I started to cry again.

"I know you didnt." Natsu whispered in my ear and i wrapped my arms around his torso.

"How can you be so sure i didnt? You dont even know my background. I could be a serial killer and you wouldnt know." I questioned.

"Luce i know." Natsu reassured.

"Please dont leave me." I cried clutching his shirt while he was taken back by surprise.

"I wouldnt. Your the best thing that has ever happened to me. You brought me out of my world of darkness and you showed me the light. You showed me that this world still has good in it and lastly you showed me what it feels like to love and be loved."

"I love you Natsu and i promise i will only love you and no other."I was touched by Natsu's speech so i thought i should say something assuring.

"Luce i love you more and i promise i will love you only even if you dont, you forever have my heart wrapped around your finger." Natsu said kissing me on the head.

"I will always love you." I kissed Natsu on the lips but he moved his head so that i kissed his cheeks instead. I pouted and he let out a light chuckle.

Sighing in frustration i used my hands and grabbed his face in my hands before slamming my lips into his, Natsu was shocked but he kissed me back.

"Natsu you know you would make the best husband." I stated while our lips were still connected.

I felt his lips curl into a smile.

"You would make the best wife." He smirked while he spoke as he pressed his forehead to mine while intently staring into my eyes. I started to blush at his statement andhe just let out a chuckle.

I can say wholeheartedly that i love Natsu Dragneel and i hope to be the person to walk down the isle beside him on the day he gets married.
