"How was your sleep, honey?" Mum asks me when I walk downstairs and into the kitchen.

"It was alright," I say.

Besides Toby breaking all three rules.

I woke up shivering and a moustache from a marker.

"Liam and Oliver have already started moving the furniture into the house and unpacking. Blair and I are going to go get some groceries from the supermarket soon. Wanna come?" Mum asks.

"Sure."

I don't want to be stuck here with Toby and Miles all day.

I walk outside the Cannon's house and into mine.

The house is actually really pretty but smaller than usual.

I find my room and see that Liam has already got most of my clothes unpacked.

I put a pair on black jeans and a white sweater on and get my boots.

I walk back over to the Cannon's house and Blair and mum are already in the car.

"Sweetie, if I give you a list can you go get the groceries? Blair wants's to show me a furniture store that she gets all her furniture in. Plus we need a new couch and bed." Mum says when I get into the car.

"Um.. okay, " I say.

I don't even know where the supermarket is.

Blair drives off.

Mum gives me some money.

Blair drops me off at the supermarket and I get a kart.

Mum says she will text me when she's done.

I look at the list and the first section is fruit.

I get apples, mangoes, strawberries, peaches, grapes, and bananas.

I get some meat and fish.

Where are the nuts? I think to myself.

"Alice?" I hear someone say.

I look up from the list and see Toby.

"Oh, hey. What are you doing here?" I ask him.

"My mum wanted me to come see if you need help. And by the confused facial expression you've been pulling since I came, I think you need help." He says.

"I was trying to get away from you," I mumble.

"Pardon?" He asks.

"Nothing," I say and smile. "So where are the nuts?"

"Down this aisle." He says walking down the aisle I've missed this whole time.

I get two packs of nuts.

"So where to next?" He asks.

"Cheese."

"Follow me."

Toby and I are finally done with the groceries.

Toby isn't as bad as I thought he was.

He's actually really nice and funny.

He says he was just messing with me in the bed last night because he knew I was uncomfortable and besides, he has a girlfriend called Aubrey.

He wouldn't shut up about her.

"Your total is $178.50," The cashier says.

I give her the money and get the groceries.

Mum texted me saying that Blair and her will be late but she said that there was an ice cream store just down the road.

Toby and I make our way down there.

"So do you like it in London so far?" Toby asks me when we get our ice creams.

"It's alright so far. I haven't really seen anything exciting yet." I say but then I remember the guy I saw on the plane.

"Well, school is starting tomorrow so I guess you can see more." He says.

"Yeah, I guess." I say.

We finish our ice creams and Blair pulled up just outside the ice cream store.

Toby and I put the shopping in the boot and Toby put away the kart.

"Thank you so much, Alice and Toby. It means a lot to me." Mum says.

"It's okay. So did you find anything?" I ask her.

"Yes, we found a couch and new bed. Plus, a desk for you." She says, "they will arrive tomorrow."

"Cool. Thanks."I say.

When we get home, everything is unpacked and the furniture is all in.

Oliver and Liam did it so fast.

Toby and I put away the shopping and we watch some tv at his house.

I look at the clock and it's already 8:00pm.

"Oh wow. Look at the time. I better get back to my house and eat dinner." I say to him getting up from the couch.

"Yeah I need to eat as well." he says also getting up from the couch.

"Thanks for keeping me company today Toby. It means a lot." I say hugging him.

"No problem. See you tomorrow. We can walk together." He says.

"Okay. Night." I say.

I walk out the door and into my new one.

"Dinner is in the fridge, sweetie." Mum says from the lounge room.

"Okay, thanks." I say.

I get a piece of pizza and warm it up.

I eat it quickly and then take a shower.

I say goodnight to mum and Liam and go to Miles's room.

We talk for a while and then I say goodnight.

I put my pyjamas on and then go to sleep.
