Beep. Beep. Beep.
I groan.
I open my eyes and turn my alarm off.
Today is the first day at my new school.
I get out of bed and take a quick shower.
I blow dry my hair and put in a ponytail.
Then I see my awful looking school uniform.
I put it on.
My skirt is too long for me and I look like I'm going to a Ball.
I walk into the kitchen and get a mango.
I cut it and put it in a bowl.
It tastes amazing.
Miles walks into the kitchen and starts laughing. "I didn't know we were going to a ball."
"Oh, shut up Miles," I say rolling my eyes.
The door bell rings and Miles opens it.
Toby walks into the house.
Somehow the school uniform looks good on him.
"Hey, Alice," He says. "Ready to go?"
"Yeah. I'll just go get my school bag." I say.
I run up the stairs and make sure that I have everything.
I get my navy blazer and put on.
When I walk down the stairs Miles is gone.
"Where did Miles go?" I ask Toby.
"He said that he's walking with a friend that he made contact with when he was still in Miami."
"Oh, okay."
Mum and Liam are still sleeping so I don't say goodbye to them.
Toby and I start walking.
"How far is the school?" I ask him.
"Not far. About 7 minutes away walking." He says putting his hands in his pockets.
"What class do you have first?" I ask.
"English."
"I've got maths," I say.
"Aubrey is in that class." He says.
"Cool."
We finally reach the school.
I can't really see the actual school yet because huge gates are surrounding it.
"Time to enter the gates of Hell," Toby mumbles.
When we do enter the gates, the school looks like a freaking Castle!
It also kinda looks like Hogwarts in a way.
"Wow," I whisper.
Toby opens the door for me and when I walk in my jaw drops.
This school does not look like the high school I went to in Miami.
It has silver stairs, comfy looking couches, a kitchen, majestic wallpaper, music playing from the speakers, and a lot of cute guys.
"I'll show you to your first class and I'll introduce you to Aubrey,"Toby says.
We walk up the stairs and into a classroom labelled ' Use Your Brains In Here'.
I see a girl with brown hair in a style of a fishtail sitting in the middle of the classroom reading a book.
