Thanks for reading, enjoy :) (oh and just in case you don't remember Rosa she is Liannas housekeeper mentioned in chapter ten)

---

When I finally found my way home my nerves were still on edge. As usual the house was empty, my mom on some spa retreat and my dad at work. Since it was so late our housekeeper had long gone to bed, so the windows were pitch black. I slowly opened the front door, stepping inside the dark house. It felt eerie, like something was in the shadows watching me.

But I simply tried to shrug off the feeling, quickly walking up the stairs to my bedroom. a loud, angry voice made fear explode in my body.

"Where in the world have you been?" They yelled, making me sigh in relief when I realized who it was. Rosa stood at the door of her bedroom, her hair messy and her thick blue robe tied tightly around her middle. Her lips were pursed in an angry scowl and her arms were stiffly crossed. i would have laughed at her angry expression...

If I didn't feel so guilty.

Worry was etched into her face, concealed in her deep frown. She actually cared I was missing, and that is exactly why I felt bad. So I ran over to her and pulled her short frame into a hug.

"I am so sorry Rose, I just got caught at the library." I stated honestly, leaving out the encounter with Ferret Girl. She stared at me for a second, a suspicious look on her face, before finally relenting. She sighed in exhaustion and gently let go of our hug, turning back the enter her room.

"Fine," she called over her shoulder, her voice stern. "But if you ever do anything like that again young lady you will be in big trouble." I smiled softly in response before telling Rosa goodnight and entering my room, shutting the door softly behind me.

I then realized how exhausted I was.

The back of my head throbbed where Ferret hit it, making me wince at the ache. And my eyes were heavy, falling in wanted sleep. I quickly changed into a tanktop and sweatpants and jumped into my bed, not even bothering to brush my teeth. Just as I was finally about to fall into a peaceful slumber an annoying sound came from the jeans I had changed out of. I angrily ignored it, snuggling deeper into my covers and again slipping into sleep.

But then the ringing started again.

I growled quietly (not wanting to wake Rosa) before sitting upright and getting out of bed. I picked up the pair of jeans off the floor and fished around in the pockets until I found the small cellphone. I roughly pushed it open before hissing harshly into the phone, my exhaustion negatively impacting my mood.

"What the hell do you want?" I asked harshly, rubbing my fingers at the small headache that had formed between my eyes.

"Lianna It's Summer. I need you to come to the bar now. It's urgent." She said cryptically before hanging up the phone, not allowing me to ask questions. I sat listening to the dial tone for a few seconds in shock before jumping into action, my tiredness forgotten. I grabbed my leather jacket and shoved it on before grabbing my phone and quietly sneaking out the door, ignoring the guilt that flooded my system.

Summer needed me. And I was going to help her.

---

When I got to the bar it was still crowded, packed to the brim with partiers. I ran into the crowd, frantically thinking about where she would be. I checked the bar, her usual position. But when I only saw a man with a large mustouche and tons of tattoos I cursed. running up to him I pushed a few people out of the way and got to the front of the line, ignoring the threats coming from the other customers.

"Geez lady if you wanted to see me so bad you could have just waited, I wouldn't have gone anywhere." The guy stated, an aggravating smirk on his face he probably thought was sexy.

It wasn't.

I simply rolled my eyes and plastered a fakely polite smile on my face. "Sorry, I just needed to ask you if you knew where a Summer Haze was? She is my roomate and I forgot my key, I need to borrow hers." I lied smoothly. He grinned sneakily making me cringe inwardly in worry.

"I'll tell you if you give me your number." Inside I gagged but outside I giggled fakely and scribbled down digits, making him smile like a cheshire cat. Too bad I gave him Ronalds number. That thought made me laugh but I covered it well, not wanting to give anything away. He then hooked a finger over his shoulder towards the back room and I sighed in relief.

"She went on break about twenty minutes ago. When you see her can you please tell her that her break is up? I need a smoke." I nodded sweetly before turning and rolling my eyes. I then started to walk towards the back room, my fingers shaking in nerves.

She has to be ok.
