Chapter 2

1 week later

It was the first day of school. I walked to school seeing all sorts of kids. The nerds. Goth kids. Jocks. Regulars. Rebels and Goths were kinda friends since they were similar.

Since I wasn't looking where I was going I ran into one of the hottest boys in school. Jayden Smith.

"Sorry." I muttered.

"It's ok." Jayden said.

He's kinda hot.

I shrug and walk to class.

I pick hm seat in class. Jayden walks in and sits next to me.

Are you serious? Why the hell does he want to sit next to me?!

I get up and move. But you know what he does?! You guessed it. He follows me. I glare at him and he smirks at me.

"Hey can you take a hint Jayden?" I asked.

"Yes. I can ignore one too." He said trying not to laugh.

Class started and I unfortunately had to work on a project with Jayden. Projects on the first day of school.

Are you serious?

"We work at your house." Jayden said.

"With my family. Are you sure?" I asked.

"Yeah." Jayden said smiling.

"That's your choice completely." I said.

He nodded and we walked out of the class for second period.

Later after school we went to my house.

"Honey you brought a boy home." Mom said.

"No no no. This is mandatory. We have a project. And it's a a grade. And you know how I am about my grades." I said sternly.

"Ok." Mom said laughing.

"Dad pepper spray." I said.

"Pepper spray." Dad said handing it to me.

Jayden's eyes widened.

"Don't worry I won't use it. Unless your being touchy." I said.

Jayden laughed but nodded.

I dragged him upstairs to get started on the project.

"So Alexa. Are you going to that party Friday night?" Jayden asked.

"No I'm going to have homework." I said.

"Come on baby girl. It'll be fun." Jayden said.

"No." I said sternly.

"Pick you up at 7:00?" Jayden asked.

I sighed but nodded.

"Ok." I said.

"Work on it later?" Jayden asked.

"Sure." I said.

So I'm going to a party. With Jayden Smith.
