Chapter 6

Your POV

I woke up to a boy with surfer style blonde hair shaking me. I flinched away from the contact and growled "Who are you?" I asked, showing my annoyance at being woken up. "I'm Will! Will Solace!" he said cheerfully. I sat there glaring at him. "Go away!" I snarled and went back to sleep. "You're just as bad as Neeks!" Will exclaimed. "Now come on! Chiron asked me to take you to the Pavilion and then to the infirmary to make sure you're doing ok." He added. "I'm fine. Now go away before I make you leave." I threatened. "Ugh I didn't want to have to do this, but you've left me no choice." Will said and before I could react he picked me up bridal style and carried me to the Pavilion. I fought him every step of the way. He put me down at my cabin's table, but before he could run off I yelled at him. "I do NOT like to be carried around Solace! Next time you try to talk to me I will slap that grin off your face! Get out of my sight!!!" I shoved him angrily and sat down. Everyone was staring at me. "What?" I asked, confused. "I don't think I've ever seen someone get that angry at Will!" Cecil (one of my new brothers) exclaimed in shock. "That's surprising. You should try it sometime." I responded with some sarcasm. I quickly scarfed down all my food and then started to walk off, when someone grabbed my arm. I snarled like a feral animal and leapt back. It was Leo. "Whoa! Calm down, Sunshine!" He said with his signature grin. "What do you want, Valdez?" I asked. "You have to go to the infirmary and sunny boy over there doesn't think you'll let him take you." Leo said, looking over at Will. "So what makes him think I'll go if you take me?" I said, my temper ready to flare. "I've known you longer! Plus I'm the Bad Boy Supreme!" Leo grinned. "Whatever." I said, but followed him as he led the way to the infirmary. Will was waiting outside once we got there. "Listen to Will ok Y/N?" Leo instructed. "It's the least you can do for me after stealing my tool belt." He said trying to guilt me. Instead I just grinned. "No regrets!" I said mocking him. Then I followed Will inside and listen to him complain about how I haven't had enough to eat, those cuts were cause by this creature, and you can't do this or that or something else. It all blended together at some point. After the lecture he started treating all my wounds, this is going to take awhile...

Leo's POV

I sat eating with my siblings at the Pavilion when I heard yelling. Looking up I saw Will walk in carrying a very angry Y/N in his arms. I felt jealousy surge through me. Get your hands off her Solace. "Leo..." one of my siblings said. "What?" I responded unable to keep the anger out of my voice. They flinched before saying "Your head is on fire again." and turning quickly back to their plate. I patted out the flames and mumbled an apology to them. I stared at Y/N again. I saw her finish yelling at Will and push him away. A minute or so after Will walked up to me. "Hey Leo!" he said cheerfully. "What's up sunny boy?" I said hiding my anger. "I have to check Y/N out at the infirmary to make sure she doesn't have any infected wounds or diseases from being in the forest for so long. She's not warming up to me as well as I hoped, but it seems like she trusts you..." He trailed off looking at me expectantly. "You want me to clear the air and take her to the infirmary?" It was more of a statement than a question. "Yeah, thanks Leo!" Will said before walking off to his own table. So I'm the only one who can calm her down. A smile made it's way onto my lips as I saw Y/N get up and start to leave. I ran after her and grabbed her arm. She tensed and jumped away snarling at me. "Whoa! Calm down, Sunshine!" I exclaimed. "What do you want, Valdez?" she asked. "You have to go to the infirmary and sunny boy over there doesn't think you'll let him take you." I said, glancing over at Will. "So what makes him think I'll go if you take me?" She asked, but it was in more of a passive aggressive tone."I've known you longer! Plus I'm the Bad Boy Supreme!" I responded and then started walking towards the infirmary. She let out an annoyed "Whatever." but followed behind me anyways. Will was waiting for us outside the infirmary. I ignored him and said "Listen to Will ok Y/N? It's the least you can do for me after stealing my tool belt." she grinned and said "No regrets!" She teased. Then she followed Will inside. I realized she still had on the same clothes from two days ago. So I tracked down Chiron and asked him. "Just grab some from inside the Big House." Chiron instructed. Once I had grabbed the clothes I placed them on her bunk in her cabin. I left a note with them that read:

Here are some new clothes for you, one of your siblings will show you where the showers are. I want you to meet my best friend so make sure to stop by the Zeus Cabin after.

Then I walked over to Cabin #1 to look for Jason. His girlfriend, who is also one of my best friends, Piper was staying with her father throughout the school year. I found Jason sitting on the steps of his cabin, looking bored. "Hey Sparky!" I said walking up to him. "Don't call me that." Jason said. "Whatever Pikachu, I want you to meet someone!" I said excitedly. Jason got a sly grin on his face. "Did this someone cause you to catch on fire at breakfast?" He asked. That caught me off guard. "W-well uh... yeah?" I stuttered. Jason smirked. "Someone's got a crush!" He teased. "Shut it Pikachu!" I yelled. "Just stop, that one is even worse than sparky. Now come on I wanna meet your crush!" Jason said excitedly. "Dude, you've been spending way too much time in the Aphrodite Cabin!" I said, rolling my eyes. "You know I don't go in there unless Piper is there." Jason argued. "Whatever you say, Superman." I teased and then started to lead him to the infirmary where Y/N was getting checked out. I hope this goes alright...
